This is my second year using Laura's services at P&L; she has been incredible to work with. Before Laura, I have never felt like the person helping me with my taxes truly cared to take the time to ensure I get the best refund. In the past, it felt more like an assembly line - in and out with the feeling of many of my questions unanswered. This has not been my experience with Laura. She gives excellent customer service and takes her time to ensure she has all the information she needs to get me an accurate refund. My visits usually last an hour and, as soon as I leave her office, I have a sense of comfort and relief. I couldn't think of anyone better to recommend.
