Last night I was picking up a food order at Mi Pueblo and wanted to buy a decent bottle of Sauvignon Blanc while across the street. Ran into Old Town Liquor for the first time ever. Place was dingy and dusty.. Spent $18 for a bottle of wine and upon opening it was baked. Not stored properly and threw it away. Too bad that this place is so sad. Never will go there again.

I’ve been into this store twice in the past month to purchase kahlua and each time the staffer (who may be the owner) was extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. There are a lot of liquor stores and I won’t use this one again.

Drinks here are absurdly overpriced. Being that it's 2020 corona year, I suppose it's a bit understandable if they were lower before, but that seems unlikely.

Pretty absurdly overpriced even for the year 2020. Seeing that Safeway and other liquor stores are just a few blocks away, I don't know how you can justify coming here.

Old Town Liquor occupied pricey real estate so it's reflected in the pricing of the pricey sodas, wines, pricier beers. store is clean and well stocked. buys: moylan tipperary pale ale (5) -"sweetly sharp and smooth bitter" is the description tart and slightly bitter, not sweet is more apt -pairs well with saucey bbq items. -not a drinkalone beer. drips: 2ish stars for pricing, 3 stars for the convenience.
