Marquice (apologies if I did not spell the name correctly) is a hero. I evacuated from a fire zone and pulled into oil changers with a screaming auto steering whine and a barking Rottweiler, completely frazzled. He was so calm and helpful even though I was probably a nightmare customer. He (gently) had to remind me to stay in the vehicle as I attempted to open the door I was so distracted. He walked me through his process, topped up all the fluids and had me test power steering to ensure the fluid top off solved the issue. He was friendly, he professional, all the things that one looks for from a rock star service provider. Thank you - I will be back and recommend to friends!
