“I was very impressed by the service advisor Leo, he's also a very handsome man. I was even more impressed by the technician who quickly was able to quickly pinpoint the driveability/engine performance problem on my GMC cargo van. The other shops couldn't find the problem and tryed to blame the oxygen sensor. I also had a check engine light removed and I was able to pass the emissions test the same day. I will be returning to Hamilton's Automotive for all my Automotive Repair & maintainence in the future. I highly recommend it!!

“On October 20, I got the best oil change and service I have ever received. To all elders, this is the place you need to go to get your oil changed!! Every time I think about the experience I had, a smile spreads across my face and I could not let another day go by without acknowledging these incredible professionals. (I have been moving ) aThe below picture is a picture of my cabin filter that I did not know existed.
In the 10 years I’ve had My Prius, NO ONE has taken the time to check that filter. I am a 77-year-old single female, and I am accustomed to service providers trying to rip me off and doing a very lousy job when servicing my vehicle. These people radiated love and joy from the adorable young lady that guided me into the bay to the caring, responsible manager that guided me out. The kind of quality the whole team gave me cannot be taught. It comes from the heart and soul.
The air conditioner vent on the driver side had not been blowing cool air for quite some time. When I told the Toyota service person that, his response was that it would take $280 to even check it out which I of course did not do. When that cabin filter was replaced, the air conditioner started operating again. The particles in the bag on that filthy filter were shredded paper that had gathered on it.
In addition to changing the oil filters, they checked out every possible part of my car that they could get their hands on. I could tell they have wonderful relationships with their grannies.

It is so refreshing to see a team working as one for an insignificant little old lady. Keep it up guys and girls! You made a huge difference in my day and in my life!
