“I have to say Leonardi Automotive has my vote for the go to shop in Novato. My son’s truck and car needed service one week apart and both experiences were excellent. They saved us lots of headaches and got the job done right. Other shops would have cost us more money with their diagnostics being incorrect. “Complementary car and vacuum. Reasonable rates. Phone call check-ins for items ordered and eta, things needed for my car. I needed my car to be serviced. You know, the car I barely drive. That BMW is pretty much how my neighbors know I am working from home. Anyway, I didn't want to go to my usual service spot - BMW Service in Burlingame so I took my car here, where my daughter gets her Lexus serviced. This neighborhood gem has really great service, honest pricing, and they wash your car! Bookmark this one if you live close by and want to support a great business. Five stars for perfection!”

“I was very impressed by the service advisor Leo, he's also a very handsome man. I was even more impressed by the technician who quickly was able to quickly pinpoint the driveability/engine performance problem on my GMC cargo van. The other shops couldn't find the problem and tryed to blame the oxygen sensor. I also had a check engine light removed and I was able to pass the emissions test the same day. I will be returning to Hamilton's Automotive for all my Automotive Repair & maintainence in the future. I highly recommend it!!

“Marquice (apologies if I did not spell the name correctly) is a hero. I evacuated from a fire zone and pulled into oil changers with a screaming auto steering whine and a barking Rottweiler, completely frazzled. He was so calm and helpful even though I was probably a nightmare customer. He (gently) had to remind me to stay in the vehicle as I attempted to open the door I was so distracted. He walked me through his process, topped up all the fluids and had me test power steering to ensure the fluid top off solved the issue. He was friendly, he professional, all the things that one looks for from a rock star service provider. Thank you - I will be back and recommend to friends!”
