We had a great experience buying our new RAV4 Prime. We worked with Todd, and he kept us up to date on the status of our car as it made its way across the pacific to the dealership. He was easy going, knowledgable (a good trainer on all the tech the car comes with), and I can't recommend him or his team enough.

Awesome service from Ventura. Best Toyota dealership service experience I've had since I bought my car in 2016. Can't believe there are dealerships still providing rides AND a car wash. Will be coming here from now on.

I have now my second interaction with Todd Cordeiro at Novato Toyota. I felt like he gave me such good, unbiased advice, I really appreciated his patience and honesty. And he recommended my new favorite car! I love this dealership and will hopefully get a third time to work with them!

I had a great experience buying a pre-owned Rav4! The entire staff was extremely kind and patient and stayed with me until almost 9pm due to some delays in getting ahold of my car insurance provider.

Julio was extremely helpful and the whole team made this car buying experience better than any than I’ve ever had. We worked out the price over the phone and everything was ready to go for a super quick signing once I got there. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and that included him taking me for a test drive to show me some of the features my car had. No one was pushy and I am extremely happy with the whole experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The service center staff has been wonderful, unfortunately I cannot say the same for management. Twice I’ve been in to have my new truck serviced while i waited in the lobby with explicit instructions, and to get me if there was an issue. After an issue that first time cost me an extra $100.00, I was denied any credit when I asked for one. It happened a second time yesterday and the manager was too busy to meet with me and I was denied a credit for $100.00 due to their lack of communication and ineptitude after I explained explicitly what happened the first time.
Toyota reached out requesting a review, which I don’t normally give, but thought it might change their policies and prevent this from happening to someone else.

Fantastic dealership and I can’t rave enough about Samson! Currently, one of my affordable dream cars is a Camry TRD. Given they are going out of production and this will be the last V6 from Toyota, I was determined to get my hands on one (new). I had a deal with Chula Vista and was completely left in the dark. I connected with Samson from Novato and he did his very best to reserve the car for me (I’m 4 hours away) given that he had to give other local customers a chance to purchase and his coworkers a chance at selling. He kept me top of mind with an accurate time he could reserve for me (end of work day prior to next day if I could make it) if that car didn’t sell and an accurate price of the vehicle. He called me as soon they were closing to inform me the vehicle was still available, took my deposit, and held the vehicle for me to drive up the next day. I got a rental to make it down there and his manager insisted he come pick me up from the rental place and bring me to the dealership. Since most things were discussed via phone and prices were visible/accurate online, the process was seamless and you knew what you were paying - I spent most of the time talking to him on a personal level. Most dealerships I talked to didn’t care at all and had poor attitudes. Anywho, their finance person was also just as great; honest and straight to the point on what you should and shouldn’t get (thank you April!). In the end, I walked away with my dream car with all the bells and whistles with the price we discussed via phone and that I calculated online. Thank you Novato Toyota!
