I spilled coffee into my desktop computer. Bill saved the mother board but the HD was toast. He replaced it and my backup worked to save the damage. Thanks Bill

After a recent hack, Bill cleared and restored my Apple computer hard drive including adding extra backup. He patiently guided me through (and typed out) the steps I needed to take in order to continue backup on my own. I’m grateful!

Bill worked on my computer that had randomly shut down, he identified the problem quickly and also made some great recommendations on how to improve performance. He switched everything out for me, my rig has never been faster. Thank you Bill, will definitely be back with any computer issues in the future.
