Just got off the phone with the owner OMAR for the second time wow , not surprised I’m not the only one leaving a review how disrespectful he is. When you own a buisness you wanna make sure your customers are happy and feel comfortable. First time I had trouble I couldn’t come back when we planned because I had to stay in the hospital overnight , which when I called you back apologizing for not showing up I let you know what was going on and here I come again to give you guys another chance after coming here for two years ! Every time
Omar you answer the phone you never say hi. Ask me how I’m doing or any type of kindness or remorse you get on the phone with already all nasty and rude attitude. When all I want to understand is
why when I don’t tip my car is not done properly !
As well as why is your employee that’s working in a different line on different cars constantly keeps coming to my car literally moving the doors walking past it when he doesn’t need too and the topping of the cake almost Sitting inside sticking his head in while talking to the lady and gentleman cleaning my car distracting them I’ve been to so many car washes all over never have I see employees sitting around talking to one another employees while their cleaning the car / distracting them while you have the customer waiting for their vehicles back.
he told me since no one else complains my complaints. Don’t matter !! Just so you know, if you don’t tip, they won’t do a good job on your car, thankfully, I know one of the workers that work here and they tell me that all the young boys don’t work on cars that know they don’t tip and if they do work on them, they don’t do a good job!
and he said that they have a “procedure”, I never knew a procedure was to do a better job on people who spend more money this car wash needs new ownership
I spoke to the manager and it seem like at least he cared as well as Alicia but every time I come and spend $40 on a car wash, there’s a problem literally had to bring my own towel to wipe leftover marks
If you plan on coming here, just make sure you bring your own towel or be ready to make sure you tip really good so they work on your car correctly
Had to come back and edit my review after driving for one minute look how great !
Gas station car washes do a better job than this absolutely ridiculous. Spend almost 40 minutes out of car wash for me having to touch up my car after.
This wasn’t even all I had to clean.
Most definitely will be taking my buisness to Businesses that deserves and appreciates people’s hard working money & vehicles. I get it when your so busy trying to prove how perfect your car wash or and employees are instead of owning up to some small mistakes that happen in life and wanting to coach your team to be better!

Good car wash except for the tire dressing. They put to much on and it splatters all over the under all and side of car.

My wife go here to get her car washed. This places has been excellent for the price and cleaning she was always happy with the car washed but this time they did a horrible job and the owner Omar was rude to her.

I have been going since they open and I was always happy with the car wash except the other day. The owner Omar he push his workers to finish the cars super fast and they don't even vacuum my car well also the back seats were dirty and he was very rude and nasty and he said, I have to many car to finish. I paid $54 dollar to get my car washed it was not free.

Carwash doesn't work on the inside, they put a lot of liquid grease on it, which is polluting to breathe. That inside the car, horrible cleaning, doesn't work.

Solid local car wash. Service is very good for the price point. Fast in and out. If they're busy they'll sometimes rush and you'll need to check their work...

Novato car wash broke my $300 mirror and gave me $50 to fix it. not only was the manager Oscar not trying to deal with the situation by avoiding it- he was also beyond disrespectful. truly the worst car wash experience I’ve had!

This is the best car wash in Marin county! All the staff are great and they do pay attention to details. I drive 20min just to get my car washed at Novato car wash! Way to go guys
