I had never used professional office movers before, so not only did I not know what to expect/what was needed of me, but we also had an incredibly short turn around time of one day. Yes, that's right, ONE day for a long distance move. The minute Gerson picked up the phone to my panicked voice, I felt a sense of relief.
He quickly got back to me to confirm that they could in fact do the move (!) and shared all the steps that would happen, what was needed, and everything in-between.
From the moment the 3 movers arrived, everything went so smoothly and efficiently. Their communication is incredible, they worked SO fast, and were incredibly kind.
If we end up moving again, or if I do personally, I will absolutely use Luigys Moving & Storage.”
