On accident I walked in and found an amazing piece of jewelry at a pricei liked and very friendly knowledgeable with a great sense of humor owner Mike made me have a wonderful customer experience, it will be my place to go for sure to buy, take care and repair my jewelry. The store is a history itself, I definitely recommend to check this special place!

Good Mourning. Eric Promised me that ring, he said he'd keep it forever.

Very disappointed. Mike was helpful but whoever the jeweler is that fixed the items was awful. I brought my engagement ring in for a small diamond replacement after it had fallen out, and in the process they chipped another diamond- and did not notice. Luckily they told me they’d fix it for free, but it fell out a week later. When I brought it to a new jeweler they told me the diamond they replaced it with was too small for that spot.

I needed an adjustment. He was terrific! Very fair prices, very pleasant personality, and I ended up buying a pair of small gold hoops, that I had been searching for and pricing out for months!

We’ve come here for many issues with multiple watches. Always have received the best personal and quick service. It’s so nice to have a local repair shop that you can count on.

My family and I are so happy with the repair and cleaning job McDonald's Jewelers did on a few of our pieces! They were able to match and replace a small diamond on a necklace and they cleaned my mom's wedding ring so well! He even noticed one of the prongs was damaged on the ring and fixed it for us. I'm so happy with the service I've gotten from McDonald's Jewelers, and have referred a few friends who have also had great experiences. We were also able to sit and walk through a bunch of older jewelry that we didn't know was real/costume. He showed us how to tell what was real (diamonds, rubies, etc.) and what was costume jewelry. I can't recommend McDonald's Jewelers enough!!

I went to McDonalds Jewelers and had my ring sized. The guy that owns this place ( Michael) was so professional and gave great customer service. Got a call from him a week later and went there to pick up my ring and it looked beautiful and was sized perfect! He even cleaned it and only charged me $50. I called around before going to this place and his price was $30 bucks cheaper! Great price and great jeweler!

Okay, this repair review is different. I have a beautiful little Japanese nightlight from the 1930s. It's solid copper and was missing a tiny copper pendant on one of the four corners. This really devalued the antique. I tried several times to make one with no success. I decided only a jeweler could reproduce something this small (3/8" high). No jewelers wanted to talk to me. They just want to sell expensive bobbles and this was a distraction. McDonald's Jewelers took it on, produced 3 (I only asked for one) and charged me $15! This had to have taken an hour or more. This kind of small town customer service is right out of the 1950s! Guess where I'll be buying my next expensive earrings!
