One of the receptionists at this location should not have a client facing position. We came in for a test at doctor's request and were told he was not there today, as she walked away without further ado. Yesterday same thing. Find her another position.

Where's the party??? Been here almost an hour waiting to be seen. They know how to take and appointment, they just don't know how to keep one!!

Fabulous experience from making the appointment, to the actual visit. Every single person was friendly, attentive, and professional. NP listened and addressed my immediate concerns, and really heard me.

I saw Dr. Nikita Gore there (only 2nd visit) after suffering sudden severe pain in the left knee which had been improving with rest. While I was seated in a chair, she examined my knee briefly and stated I had arthritis. Using the suggestions of a Pain Management physician, I performed weight-bearing exercises for arthritis. The next day I was unable to stand on my left leg due to severe pain and had to use a walker.I read the doctor's notes which stated she had performed instability tests that were negative. She had performed none. When I mentioned that to her, she stated she would repeat them. I told her that I was never in a supine position and tests were not performed. If they had been done, the resultant pain would have indicated injury to the meniscus.I then tried to get a 2nd opinion. One doctor refused to see me based on her notes as he said he would give the same advice. I finally found a doctor at another facility who saw me, examined my knee and ruled out arthritis. I had an MRI which revealed a meniscus tear which I had suspected due to the site of the pain, as well as a Baker cyst. I am a senior and my experience led me to believe that we are an expendable group. Entering notes that are completely false rises to malpractice. I have no doubt there are excellent doctors at this facility but I'm done with them. Of course with the MRI results I will be giving feedback to the facility. Naturally they sent me a bill and want their money. I may have to pay after fighting it, but at least I will be rid of them.

I am not QUITE ready to jump ship but this biz needs help. In the past, I could make an appt for a B 12 injection, with friendly staff & be taken in within 5 min to 10 min. of my appt. Not now!!! The 1st time was about 50 min wait after being on hold for 40 min to even get the appt. I did NOT need to give all ins info again & again. Then the MA needs certification from the PA EVERY TIME I COME IN, to garner approval for the shot. My hip replacement didn't require this level of scrutiny!!! (Done by Dr Boneau) Look folks, you are running a biz!!! Mark is a great PA. Otherwise, I would be OUT THE DOOR.YOU NEED HELP......JAN DERDA

I’ve been a patient of this practice for 15 years. Now I can’t even get through to a person I know. Everything is through a call center and I never get a call back No care about the patients. Very poor service. Will be looking for a change at open enrollment
