Tsoai was fantastic to work with. Bought a used Tesla from them and they took care of me from the moment I walked in. Much better experience than Hansel Ford who I used to service my Raptor with. Next Raptor I get will be with them!

Our family purchased a Ford F150 Lightning on Sunday from Marin County Ford and our experience was superb!
Jeremy our salesman was honest, professional and patient. His years of experience really shined through when it came down to the brass tacks of the deal.
Derrell, the finance manager, made sure to keep within our budget and offer incentives we were unaware of.
Overall, the team at Marin Ford were a delight to work with and I will be sure to recommend our family and friends.

Just purchased a Ford F150 Lightning EV. My experience at Marin County Ford was great because the staff was excellent. Our sales rep, Jeremy in particular was a pleasure to deal with. He provided us with all the information we needed and I never felt like he was pushing anything. He was very clear with what he could get as far as room on a deal and showed us upfront what our trade in was worth and how he got the appraisal numbers. I wish all my car lot experiences were this good!

Just came home with my beautiful new Ford Explorer ST! Everyone was super friendly and very sweet. I had to bring both of my children which would’ve been a nightmare at any other dealership but all of the Employees at Marin County Ford specifically, Tsoai made us feel at home and made us feel like family. Tsoai sold me my Explorer and I can’t wait to come back and purchase a truck from him! It was a great experience and I LOVE MY CAR!

I've been a customer of this particular outlet for over 12 years I have the pleasure of owning a 2015 Ford C Max bought new .
It's been a really pleasurable experience getting my services done here , the staff from top to bottom are friendly and very efficient. No one likes paying out for servicing the quotes are always accurate for the bonafide work required .
Special Shouts outs go out to Fran who I've known for 12 years Top Guy , knows his stuff and terrific to work with , the other is Max he's super efficient, lovely chap and can't speak highly enough of his Professionalism .
Highly recommend buying from here and stay for a family feel service experience.

Was just in and looking to trade in my older Fusion for an SUV. The staff that helped me was so kind and I was able to go on a number of test drives and ended up getting a GREAT electric vehicle which I just LOVE! Izzy was so easy and fantastic to work with (as was the entire team). Driving in my new Mach-E is such a wonderful experience, and I'm also looking forward to all the gas savings it will provide. GREAT JOB Isabel! I'm really happy I was able to look, and drive something I wasn't initially considering, but now I'm happy I did! Keep up the great work Isabel and the entire Novato Ford Team!

Marin County Ford helped me purchase what I consider to be the best vehicle for me. Jeremy was incredible to work with. Personable, humble and no pushiness. He really let the car do the talking and was there to help answer questions and ensure I walked away feeling great about the sale. An initial misunderstanding about the ELO GPS extra add on was swiftly handled by John their GM and at this point I have no complaints about the purchase. I have an incredible vehicle and would consider Marin County Ford for another Ford vehicle if I were to go that route again. A sincere thank you to every one at the dealership for helping with that.

Less than two hours spent at this Ford dealership in Novato and I walked away with an awesome deal on the car of my dreams, and made some new friends. The staff was all wonderful and kind, Derrell was so fast, helpful, and knowledgeable with our financing.
Above all, Tsoai was amazing. He answered every question, listened to every concern, knew details on the car inside and out, and took the time to get to know us and our needs. He treated us like family and we are so thankful for his help!
Previously, as a woman at a car dealership I have always felt slightly uncomfortable- the salesmen tend to cater to my husband and primarily show him the respect. That was not the case here. Even returning for some finishing touches the next day, without my husband, I was treated like royalty and with respect and class.

If you are in between going to Marin County Ford and somewhere else, don’ think about it anymore!
Go to Marin Ford! Angelo and Jeremy (salesmen) did an outstanding job of walking us through the process of trading in and purchasing a new vehicle. We were on a strict budget and they still were able to work their magic with the banks. I can’t believe how smooth the process was. I will definitely be coming back to trade in our other vehicle down the line. I 1000% recommend this dealership and these salesmen. Sometimes you feel forced to purchase but not here, Angelo made everything very clear and was mindful of our situation. Both Jeremy and Angelo are amazing salesmen and will provide you with grade A, top of the line service. We couldn’t be happier with our new Ford Explorer. Thanks guys!

I am very turned off by this establishment. Once was a place of great business suddenly turned to a place that doesn't follow through if your not making them money. Never coming here for another car. Well that mostly depends on if those I do trust are working..

they know how to take your Money and make you feel unimportant, unless they're busy, in which case they'll make you feel unimportant and like a problem and then they won't take your money bc they're too busy. I was just trying to get my dad's 2010 Mustang up and running because he's dead and I would love to maintain a connection with him through a car that he and I had together. BM
