I have been a customer multiple times and was always pleased with Steve's work and his general vibe. BUT .... stopped by in person last week (no one there), called multiple times (no answer), and sent two emails (no reply). Not sure if he's still in business. Hope he's ok. Good guy.

You might have been lucky to get a good service. I was not the one. Out of five main and three minor problems, suposedly only one main problem was fixed for a high charge. I would not recommend this service at all. The repair shop looks more like totally disorganized warehouse! You have to talk to the guy from the front door because you could not navigate inside the shop. So don't visit the shop on a rainy day. And forget about getting your phone call answered!

Once upon a time, before there were iPhones and iPads and iMacs and MacBooks..... ..... if you were stuck on a problem and needed wisdom, you would need to embark on a quest to find the Sage who would help you solve your problem. Perhaps you would need to climb a mountain, or riddle a cavern. Maybe the All Knowing One would be found on a remote island, or through an enchanted forest.

I've taken my Mac problems to Steve for more than 10 years. He can fix anything and even came to my house. Transferred info from a fried Mac book to a new one in less than 24 hours. Prices are reasonable AND he's a really nice guy too!! Highly recommend!!
