I can't say enough good things about this spot. I was in desperate need of a safe and reliable storage facility for my large 5th wheel. This company was so accommodating to all my needs! They have a dump station, easy access, great hours, and even parked my unit in its spot for me. If you need a low cost and safe place to store your RV, this is the place!

Do not store your rv or trailer here!! After numerous times coming after hours only to find my trailer blocked in, it finally happened during business hours. I caught one of the owners leaving for a meeting and dude wouldn't even let me finish my story, cutting me off with "that never happened"...well, I told you it did...this place sucks!!

Incredibly helpful! I could not appreciate the people who run this place more. They are absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. Three of my clients living in SF now use this place for RV and trailer storage and we all have had nothing but great experiences. Thank you!

Unprofessional owners. Never had a gate code to enter last few years. Original owners agreed to park my vehicle with agreed spot not to be moved. Never received a notification , call or statement of new ownership and notice of increase rent but instead they moved my car on top of a trailer WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!. Then the new owner screamed at me that o had to pay more or get out. Also they used a lift without my permission. and No longer had easy access to my vehicle. I should have had notice to move or pay increase not move properly without permission! Breach of contract! I had verbal agreement not to move the car. Typically a business a 60 day notice that the rent would increase before moving my car however I had seen it moved and they attitude was of you want that spot pay more. . New owner is a bully. They also tell you not to work on cars but there’s. guy working on a Vw there and at night. So these people are not compliant and after his unwarranted threats “ he doesn’t want me car there “ when he has other vehicles occupying spots. Poor management and loose lip service. Horrendous.

I had an RV stored at Mac Andy for over a year but recently sold the RV. The new owners took over the storage facility in late 2017 (as well as moving in their RV sharing business), and have been very good to deal with. The lot is chock-a-block with RVs and storage units, but spaces are wide enough, and it is fully paved. No problem with rodents. Its location outside of Novato means it is an inconvenient target for breakins - I don't think they have had any. When I terminated my rental, I failed to give any notice and slipped over a few days into the following month, yet they still refunded me for the entire month. Very pleased with their consideration!
