Poor customer service, you ask something, and they tell you whatever you want to hear, then when they ring you up, it is more than they told you. Also, false advertising on their hot items. It says any hot to go item but does not include the taquitos and get a drink for .99. Will go elsewhere next time.

This place Everyone must be carded for legal age for alcohol is a joke!First I'm 60 years old I do not look 20. second after asking for ID she made me take it out of my wallet tight clear holder. You can clearly see age thru clear holder. That was'nt the problem. She wanted to scan the back. She did. It did not clear on her screen. She bleeped it three more times. didn't work. I asked her to just type in the date. She stared at the CA drivers license for nearly a minute like it was a forignShe would not just type in the date and told me No. Would not sell me the 12 pack. It was 9:05 pm. In Novoto everything is closed. I felt like this was total harassment. Never going there again.

Cashier left while there was a line for a minute, didn't let me put in my discount card for my purchase. Not to mention, the shopping center sucks. Just go to any other loop if you can.

Convenient 24 hr location. Clean bathroom and is better than most. Staff is somewhat aloof when asked questions. No longer hot souo and hot chocolate. No drive thru car wash. Heard owner swearing outside once. Otherwise gas and bathroom stop plus coffee is ok.

Super awesome night employees. They were out of milk to make hot chocolate so I asked if I could buy a milk and if they would still make me one. Worth the extra cost. Super friendly and accommodating

In this time right now with all the evacuees now in Marin (Fireman's fund, etc.) and all the fires ... to see that this Loop gas station suddenly changed their pricing to over $4 per gallon is an obvious example of price gouging. Yesterday the price was about $1 less than today ... you tell me. I've used this station many many times, and really have never complained - but based on what they just did I'm not sure I will anymore! Now is a time to support each other - not take advantage. Sad.
