This is the third time I have come in for propane and people that work here clearly just are too lazy to walk outside. The manager Paula said we are sold out, a common excuse, so I checked and they were not out. There was a fresh tank on the top shelf. I went back on and nicely said actually there is one in there on the top shelf. She said no as of today we are sold out. I said but you’re not I can see the tank. She said oh well I don’t have keys. Which was clearly a lie. I said so you just don’t want to walk out and get it and she nodded yes. I asked for her name and she said Paula and I’m the manager. Like this is crazy. It’s a business turning away customers because they are too lazy to walk 10 ft outside. And to be a manger doing this?! I am just so frustrated. Now I have to drive around to find someone else that has propane because she care so little for her job or customers. Shame on you.

Around 2100HRS The customer service specialist that was working had the most horrible customer service I've ever experienced. Not only was she rude with an attitude but also completely disrespectful because she threw my change left over from the transaction, into my hand.If one doesn't like their place of employment seek employment elsewhere.

I stop here a couple times a week. There are 2 young men who usually work in the am and they are very good. However there is a young woman who works the register who will sit on her phone and ignore you until you say something. This morning she told me to "just wait a minute " while she finished her phone business. Just lost my business. Life is too short for crappy service and attitude.

Pretty conveniently located between two on ramps to the 101. There are entrances from Redwood Blvd and the Olive Blvd side street. Just note that you can't turn left to go back north if you exit from the Redwood side. It's a one way street which is a little strange because they also split into lanes that are separated by an island but will re-merge back onto Redwood. You can pay at the pump like most Shells gas stations.

Clean your bathrooms and mop the floor please. And when I said I wanted $40 on pump 7, I didnt mean $20. Watch out for the curb that sneaks up on you when you exit the car wash. There are tire marks all over the curb where people have been hitting it.

Well there's not a single squeegee in any of the vats of disgusting water, not that I would want to wash my window with water that smells like dead flies in sewage. Fix the problem and I will change this review.

I was disappointed to hear that janice the manager with a smile that can make your day better, is no longer at the store. She was very sweet and helpful. She was always working hard. I will miss seeing her smile. If i were the owner i would of done anything to have kept her cuz before i use to come here the place was dusty and discusting cuz all the food on the shelf always had expired dates on it, but when she started working i would always see her cleaning and rotating items on the shelf making sure theres nothing expired on the shelf. Usually you would never see a manager pick up rag or broom. But she did.
