I have to say Leonardi Automotive has my vote for the go to shop in Novato. My son’s truck and car needed service one week apart and both experiences were excellent. They saved us lots of headaches and got the job done right. Other shops would have cost us more money with their diagnostics being incorrect. That you to all the guys at the desk and in the shop. 5 stars go out to you.

Leonardi Automotive did a fantastic job repairing my BMW 328i. After a thorough inspection of my car, Tony Leonardi (the owner) explained clearly the repairs that needed to be made and he was very reasonable, practical and easy to work with. I needed the service in a short period of time and Leonardi’s was very accommodating and gave my car prompt attention. Tony and the staff are really nice, communicative, thorough and responsive. I had a great experience and truly felt that my car was in terrific hands. I will definitely go back to Leonardi’s for my future automotive repair needs. I’m fortunate to have found them!

Always happy with customer care, diagnostics and service at Leonardi’s. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
We took our 2002 Honda Accord in for annual checkup, oil change and vibration at lower 60s mph. Diagnosis showed tires and rear brake pads at end of life. With new tires, balancing, new pads, wheel alignment, oil and filter change and coolant flush the car runs and handles beautifully. No more vibration.

I am a loyal customer because at Leonardi’s I am treated with care and consideration. The front desk people take the time to talk about my concerns and remember who I am! I feel like I’m part of the family of customers. That makes a big difference to me. Especially as a woman. A wonderful plus is that they offer a shuttle service which really helps me out, because otherwise I’d have to take a taxi home and back again. I’ve met the owner and he is a kind and considerate fellow who seems to really care about the quality of workmanship that comes out of the shop. I trust that my car is in good hands!

I had great service. I’m new to Novato and was referred to Leonardi’s. Made my appointment to have my car check since I was not going to my dealership any longer since the move. They gave me a courtesy vehicle inspection, which was fantastic. I knew that I needed new breaks and they were able to take care of right away. Everyone was professional & nice. They are definitely my new car service.
