  My wife and I had grown dissatisfied with our tax preparer. Based on some community recommendations, we scheduled a meeting with Janet Cho of L & L Tax and Business Services. We left that meeting fully impressed, finding her fully professional, knowledgeable, and bright. Our taxes were prepared in less than two weeks, and our second meeting found us joyfully impressed! Janet had found deductions our previous preparer had ignored, and the result was large refunds from the feds and state. As well, Janet gave us sage advice for going forward and offered consultation during the year if we had any questions. I'm happy to give Janet Cho a five-star rating. In fact, if ten-star ratings were available, I'd give her that. We will definitely be sticking with Janet Cho.

  This was my first time using this tax service. It was a very horrible experience. Extremely unprofessional with very poor communication and a terrible result. MaryEllen was My tax preparer. Although I had my forms and all information to her well in advance (March 2021) she didn't start working on my return until after tax day and had to file an extension. Then caused me a penalty. She didn't return phone calls and have me the wrong email address to correspond twice. I will not return and do not recommend her.
