She's meticulous with the details, and all the vendors she orders through couldn't be nicer if something were to go wrong. Crack in the sink? They'll replace it. Ding on the bathtub? She's got a guy that can make that disappear. Shower door friction? They'll be onsite within days to remove and ensure this isn't a problem for her clients. She also will meet with the whole family (kids included) to ensure their aesthetic is incorporated into the final look. She'll provide a flawless flow from room to room, from wallpaper to tile to floors to beams and everything in between.
