AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. Our experience here was bad. We specifically visited for a model advertised with a $1000 online discount. Upon arrival, they denied the existence of such a discount and claimed to be a one-price dealership—information conveniently omitted from their emails and phone calls. Their prices are far from competitive. Save yourself the time and aggravation; steer clear.

The guys & gals from Kia of Marin have consistently been Five Stars. Going out of their way to provide incredible, personalized & detailed service without the cheesy sales pitches many dealerships are known for. I HIGHLY recommend them. I am on my fourth Kia & they are a game changer for the money

I really loved the Lakritz family so I was concerned how the new Kia ownership would be. I hadn’t been in for about 10 months, but I was impressed! On the way back from Lake Donner last weekend the car battery finally gave in, it wasn’t a surprise, there had been signs it was coming to the end. Anyways, we got it jumped and dropped it off in the evening with keys in the night box. They called me first thing in the morning, I got a ride down and 2 hours and $300ish later I had a new battery, new headlight, new brake light, new FOB battery, and it got vacuumed! I was so happy I told the guy who ordered the vacuuming that I loved him! Lol! Totally worth it!!! I’m relieved!

Sunny and Ateeq were amazing. Sunny was transparent and honest with his pricing. I did not have to spend time haggling as I knew from other dealers (who I did need to negotiate with), that I was getting a good deal straight out of the gate. The transaction was super fast and seamless. In fact, I bought my EV9 solely via text with Sunny since I was so sick in bed with COVID. That’s how easy it was! Not only that, Ateeq HAND DELIVERED my car to my front doorstep despite me living a significant distance from Kia Marin. He then took time walking me through all the features of the car and patiently helping me set it up. These guys went out of their way to deliver exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next Kia. In fact, the EV9 is truly such an amazing car, after months of research, I’m so thrilled I finally landed on this. Read Reddit if you need any more convincing that the EV9 is honestly THE best 3 row EV SUV on the market. Then go to Kia Marin and see Sunny and Ateeq!

I scheduled a demo drive at 5:15 PM on a Friday via email. I came in on time but no one asked if I needed help or if I was there for a reason. I asked one of the sales reps and he said that he'd find the person I was supposed to meet with for a demo drive. I waited and waited but no one came to check in. Tired of waiting, at 5:30 PM I left. There was no follow-up email or anything asking if I came in. It's a shame bc I was there to seriously demo drive and potentially drive off with a new car. I would not recommend coming to this location for purchasing a car.

Gotta say (I almost NEVER write reviews), Matthew was SO very helpful - knowledgeable, cheery, welcoming and confident - during my first visit to get a KIA Niro we were considering buying checked out!
While delivering the car to the mechanics for the inspection, Matt spotted a recall that our seller hadn't know about. Once the mechanics gave the "thumbs up," Matt was able to schedule the recall service on the spot, and set me up with a loaner for the overnight stay that was needed. When I came to pick it up the next day, he gave me even better news - that the recall service paid for the inspection that we'd originally planned to spend over $130 on!
Summary: we've got ourselves a great new (ok - used) car now, and know where - and with whom - we plan to get it serviced!

I had my Kia's brakes replaced on Saturday and the service was done quickly with a smile and efficiency by Ryan at the service center even though he was busy and by himself.

I originally purchased a car at Carmax and returned it after discovering some mechanical issues (thank goodness for their generous return window!) and decided to come check out a Kia. I had done some research on family cars with spacious 3rd row seats (there aren’t many!!) and the Telluride fit our budget. I found a beautiful car and the sales team was AWESOME. They helped entertain my trio of kids while I got the paperwork done and were unbelievably patient with us. Great place to find a family car. We’ll be back when the EV Minivans come out one day! Thanks Hugh, Ming, and Josh!

Hugh did an awesome job. They listed a used Honda Pilot on Thursday 5/2/24. I saw it online the next day and Hugh sent me pics. My husband and I drove 2 hours that Saturday to Kia of Marin. He addressed all my concerns from the chipped windshield to inspections. Hugh was calm and professional - unlike my local aggressive car salesmen. I tried to negotiate the price down but was unsuccessful because this is a 1-price dealership. Never heard of that term before but 1-price dealerships will be the only type of dealership I’ll stick to from now on because the price was already fair from the start. I was concerned about added cost to me for fixing the windshield. Turns out I tried to drive this car off the lot before it completed inspection and repairs. After all, it was listed for sale just two days prior. We bought the car that Saturday and they kept it for a few days to complete repairs including the windshield at no cost to us. Hugh also delivered the vehicle to us afterwards. Great price without any haggling. No hidden fees. The purchase total was exactly what Hugh quoted. Excellent service from start to finish. Transparent - no deceit.

Had a great car buying experience here. Bought a brand new 2024 Kia Telluride SX Prestige two months ago and Samson was great. No high-pressure sales tactics, no mark-ups, courteous staff. The finance department was surprisingly great too. I ended up getting a reasonably priced maintenance plan but decline other upgrades, again no high-pressure sales tactics. Loan rate wasn't amazing but that's the reality we live in now and that's on me for not securing a loan with a bank before, I'm planning to repay the car early anyway. Really happy with the car and the dealership experience was good. Many people online warn you against buying a KIA because of the dealership experience but here nothing negative to say.

This is for the service department. They went above and beyond. I was robbed and needed a new fob. Not only did they program it in 20 minutes they also washed my car and fixed the tire pressure. In the event that I was not able to have the fob the same day they were going to call me an Uber so that I would be able to make it home safely. Their kindness will never be forgotten.
