I had a water leak that required opening up a wall, and I needed someone to rebuild the wall and paint it. Two bids came in so high I couldn't take them seriously, and they couldn't start for a few days to two weeks. Juan's bid came in at a very fair number and he literally had two guys start the work that same afternoon. Two days later it's completely done, and done well. I've rarely been so happy to pay a contractor. I will absolutely use Juan again for future jobs on/in our property.

Amazing beautiful this is nice the counter tops and the roof is good as well his son is very nice to a lot of people as well to my son too.

Juan and his team have been there for me for more than 8 years! I know I can rely on them no matter what happens.They are always taking care of everything in a timely manner and they are paying great attention to details. They are always very nice to work with and I fully trust them. They can do anything and everything so it's really helpful to have a company like that to rely on from complete renovations to fixing the water heater. Highly recommend! They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. Super friendly and accommodating staff too! I would definitely call them again if the need arises. 10/10 experience with Juan's team!

Juan was surprised one of his guys did not show up for a long time, I had to go and then I get a message saying they patched some leaks but did not put up a tarp which is what I specifically asked for. With this atmospheric river it leaked again. I'm sorry but if they have unreliable guys like this I cannot recognize recommend this company , sometimes work is time critical and I even offered to pay upfront , if they're not going to follow through they should not accept and say they can do something which they then didn't actually do.

I'm sorry to post this but I'm very disappointed. Contacted Juan by phone and he called back in 4-5 days. He said he would come by and look at what I needed (several small repairs around the house) over the weekend. I didn't hear from him until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday and he stopped by at 8:00 p.m. - he said he had been very busy and I understood. I showed him all the repairs and he was very pleasant, letting me know he could fix everything and asking me to text him my email address so he could send me an estimate, which I did that night. After not hearing anything from him for a week, I tried to contact him by text, phone and email - but it's been several weeks now and I haven't heard back from him. I could understand if he decided he didn't want to take the job, but he should have had the courtesy to let me know. It's been a complete waste of my time.

Was a little worried when email response was slow. But once I called Juan got my on the schedule the next morning. They ran late but emailed me to let me know. Upon arrival the guys were quick and efficient and pleasant while they got the job done. It was a simple ceiling fan replacement but not something I would do myself. Cost more then the fan but saves me the headache and is worth the money.

Thank you, Juan! Excellent service. Changed old thermostat to new digital one. Very clean, professional, reliable, & prompt. Looking forward to other home projects. I highly recommend him to others.
