I brought in a shoe in with one of the heels loose, they looked at it for 5 seconds and said can't repair it. I googled the brand and ordered a kit on Amazon. After a day of drying: good as new, this place isn't willing to do that so...

Joseph is a very skilled cobbler. He’s remade vintage purses that were falling apart at the seams and I only trust him with my favorite boots. He and his wife are the best!

I have had my Birkenstock Arizona for 30+ years. I wore them in Texas on vacation and got stuck in a rain storm walking back to our car after going to baseball game. Completely ruined the shoes. Took them to Joseph's and they were miracle workers. Returned the shoes back to near new look. Thank you so much! I can't give it 5 stars since I came all the way from napa approximately 1pm. was told I had to come back at end of the day. Husband ended up picking shoes up for me.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS IF YOU EXPECT DECENT SERVICEMy husband dropped off a pair of work boots to have a new sole put on. He was told 3 weeks they would be ready. He drove there from the North bay at 3 weeks and was told to come back that day. He could not come back, we don't live down the street. He went back today, an extra 5 days and the boots weren't even started!!! He is leaving for work out of town and needed these boots repaired before he left. IF YOU TELL A CUSTOMER A DATE, BE SURE TO HAVE THE REPAIR DONE BY THEN. THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

So many choices of shoe accessories and shoes!! I asked the friendly owner how many years he's been there and it's been 30 something years. Staying in the same place for this long, I'm assuming he has good quality shoe repair also. I don't live in the area but prefer to support local business.

I found Joseph's a few years ago when a pair of shoes needed a stretch.This is a great little shop with excellent service and some wonderful brands you can't find everywhere.The best thing about this shop is the quality of care they still give to their customers. You don't always feel welcomed in at all places.They make you feel like you've been there 100 times.I love that.

Joseph repaired two pairs of Birkenstock's by replacing the soles. I would have appreciated if he would have mentioned a full service treatment which would include cleaning the suede and treating the cork. He had the shoes ready on the date promised.

What an authentic shop which is family run. They can repair your shoes, sell you dome new ones and put a new battery in your watch. High 5s!

What a great little shop! The owner and shoe repairman is professional and did a really nice job. In addition to the specific job I asked him to do, I asked his opinion on another repair and he told me my shoes didn't need that just yet - I could wait until next time. I am impressed with that. The shop also sells shoes, including Dansko, Rothy and Birkenstock.
