I was very impressed by the service advisor Leo, he's also a very handsome man. I was even more impressed by the technician who quickly was able to quickly pinpoint the driveability/engine performance problem on my GMC cargo van. The other shops couldn't find the problem and tryed to blame the oxygen sensor. I also had a check engine light removed and I was able to pass the emissions test the same day. I will be returning to Hamilton's Automotive for all my Automotive Repair & maintainence in the future. I highly recommend it!!

I had a very bad experience at this place
My food truck broke down and I took it there
What a great disappointment, I spent the whole day waiting for them to give me a diagnosis and first they told me it was a switch, they ordered it and put it in and it still didn't work, then they said it was another part and that it would arrive the next day.
I paid more than $1000 and they didn't fix it, I took it anyway, they just made me waste time and money ?
They don't have good communication and they are just guessing. I told them to tell me clearly. Can you fix it or not?
They told me yes and they didn't.
I took my truck out anyway and took it to Diegos Truck Repair and in 2 hours they had a clear and safe diagnosis where I paid $699
I really don't know if because I'm a woman they do that but I came out very angry and frustrated ? from there

In this place they are very good at selling to you. but when you go and demand your guarantees, they don't help you at all. If you are looking for any service, think twice before going to this place.

Hamilton's helped me in a last-minute, emergency situation. They were very communicative, explaining the situation well as well as providing updates. They were fairly priced, fast and friendly. I would like to especially recognize Leo, who has 20 years of experience, which shows in his knowledge. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
