Wow, what poor service! I walked in hoping to establish a business account with a smaller bank (in not a fan of Chase). First, they immediately said I had to have an appointment... I fair enough even though there was nobody in the office, just the two ladies. Next, it seemed like I was being interrogated as to what my business was and where I was located, despite simply asking for paperwork that they would need. Unreal how a 2 minute interaction turned me off from wanting any part of that institution... no thanks I'll go where I'm treated like a real person and not an outsider. Change your customer service fast!

Colleen was very knowledgeable about a complex trust account I needed set up. Her calm confidence made me feel secure that we were going to have everything done correctly and we did. Account is now helping immensely.

Such amazing service all around. Loan processing easy, great communication and excellent customer service. Colleen Redler is a gem and was so responsive and helpful. This is why I keep coming back because I am treated so well. Thank you.

Joyce first supported my loan by in-taking my initial information and supporting my quick approval along the way. Colleen, at the Novato branch, guided me clearly with a few additional requirements and had all of my paperwork ready at my schedule appointment. It was brief and she was brilliant. Defiantly a great experience. I would recommend Community First to all my friends and colleagues.

For the second time in almost 12 years, I was able to get into a vehicle because of the guidance and compassion this company and its employees. Most recently, after not having much of a credit history, they were able to get me into a brand new vehicle. While the original institution I went no longer exists, there was one employee who was still there after almost of a 3 year absence on my part during the pandemic. Mrs. Colleen Redler from the first day I met her 12 years ago has been all smiles and the go to associate for me to direct my business towards. While a lot of years have passed, she made me feel right at home again! The Community First Credit Union in Novato, CA and in particular Colleen will continue to get my business in the future! Thanks! Cheers!Regards,James ONeill

Colleen at Novato brunch, have been extremely nice and very professional. We financed one car through her few months ago and at the time when we needed to do it again, we had no doubts where to go again. Colleen was quick on answering all the questions, in no time provided the best rates, connected with the dealership and obtained all the necessary documentation to complete the loan. All we had to do is ti show up to sign the paperwork. I’m recommending all my friends and family your bank and Colleen in particular!

To whom it may concern,Colleen has been helpful and kind throughout the years. She goes above and beyond to make the process easier.Colleen communicated with me that she would be departing early and left me in good hands with her trusted co-workers. She could've gotten back to me the following day, but that's not her style.I'm appreciative of Colleen and the Community First Credit Union.Thank you!

Colleen is experienced, and it shows. I found her to be very professional and knowledgeable. I walked in to inquire about auto financing, and left about an hour later with my loan completed, and at a very reasonable interest rate and terms.

We have been banking with Community First since we moved to this country from Canada in 2001.Our excellent credit rating and job history didn't follow us to the USA, so we couldn't find any bank to help us finance a car. We walked into Community First and immediately got the help we needed. They saw us as real people, not statistics. Not only were we were able to buy a car, but my children opened up their first accounts there, and 18 years later my eldest just got HER first car loan through Community First. While the credit union is great, it really is Colleen Redler who is the shining light who keeps us coming back. She makes banking easy. I can call her on the phone if I need something done, and she calls me if she ever notices anything odd with the accounts. She remembers all our names and greets us with a smile every time we walk in. Colleen always goes the extra mile for us. I hope Community First realizes what an asset they have in her, with her vast experience and stellar customer service. She's a gem.

I love my bank! I joined Community First Credit Union when I moved back to California 4.5 years ago and they are the best bank I have ever had. When I was in Guerneville, Stacy was go to person for everything. Recently I purchased a trailer and Colleen, in Novato, managed everything for my loan from approval, to getting both parties together at the sign time for signing even though I was 3 hours away and the sellers where in another state! Not an easy thing to do, but she managed it seamlessly.CFCU is a stellar bank and their people are equally excellent. Thank you!

I adore Colleen in the Novato branch. She's helped me do so much and has watched me grow up. I opened my account with her when I was in 5th grade, and I'm now 27. She's loaned me money for my first real car, she was there to help me move in to my first, second, and third apartment, she was there when I had to evacuate the first, second and third time. She talked me through opening my first business account and has shown me how to pay off my credit cards. I usually have a million and a half questions for everything and I always feel not judged or rushed when I ask them. Doing all these firsts, sometimes I really need my hand held through the process.Just the other day someone was pressuring me to apply for financing with them. I got nervous and told them that I had to ask. He said "Who do you bank with?" and I literally answered "Colleen. I mean-! Community First Credit Union.... but usually just Colleen." All my friends know who Colleen is cause I talk about my bank like they're part of my family -- because at this point they kind of are. I truly view them as part of the fam. Not a milestone has gone by without Colleen knowing, googling, making sure I knew what I was doing, notarizing, congratulating, celebrating, hugging, and sometimes even tearing up with me. At this point if Colleen showed up for Thanksgiving Dinner, I wouldnt even question it.When you find a gem like Community First Credit Union in Novato and Colleen, you never ever even glance anywhere else. They truly make you feel loved and cared for at a personal level. Everyone needs a Colleen in their lives. <3
