Definitely the best in Novato. I contacted Matthews Brothers Plumbing on a Tuesday afternoon due to a sewage backup in my basement. They initially told me the earliest appointment was on Thursday. However, Matthew reached out to me around 5 on Tuesday, offering to come immediately as he didn't want me to endure that situation any longer. He managed to arrange a slot for Wednesday morning. Ross showed up on Wednesday, spent a few hours on the project, and successfully fixed it. He was knowledgeable and provided insightful information about the issue and offered suggestions to prevent it from recurring. Matthews Brothers Plumbing is outstanding, I wouldn't recommend any other place!

***This is the Plumber to call*** Herbert from Matthews Brothers Plumbing was incredibly knowledgeable and even performed tasks that others might charge extra for. I valued his honesty and the affordability of his services. He is definitely my go-to for any future plumbing needs I may have in Novato. Herbert was even available the very next day after I called him post 8 in the evening!

ilda welcomed me warmly. I gave her a couple of pictures for ideas. She gave me an excellent long layered shoulder length hair cut, and it has grown well. Time for a trim. She does lots of color from the comments.

I was really happy with my 1st 2 cuts. Yay, I had found a new hairdresser! The 3rd cut she gave me bangs but forgot layers around my face (the whole point, btw), and added them as an afterthought, much in the manner I had been doing myself. The cut grew out horribly. Last Friday she decided to use THINNING SHEARS for my layers. My beautiful hair was destroyed. It feels like it has split ends. I can't touch my hair without wanting to cry. I am mortified. She gave me my $ back, but I'm now left with the worst cut of my life, including those from my mother when I was a child. I can't put it up in a ponytail anymore. Positively the worst cut ever. She didn't ask or explain that she was doing this. She hadn't used them before. ??? Prior to this I had been super happy to support a business owned by a Latina.
