I can't say enough about Fetch! I was desperately trying to find a cat sitter in Marin to no avail. Finally I found Fetch! who put me in touch with a fabulous sitter who had experience administering the insulin injection that my cat needs. She sent me pictures and updates after every visit, putting my heart at ease! Plus Fetch! sent daily email diaries. Plus they are very responsive and communicative. Wonderful organization!

Our pet sitter was a Vet tech and very professional and friendly. We felt very comfortable leaving our dog with him during a family gathering in a city we didn't live in. He stayed with her at our hotel and when we came back she was happy to see us and all was well. Not having the pet sitter dealing with the payment aspect also was nice. Fetch handled that for us. I will use Fetch again when needed.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Ann and Fetch. We were looking for a stay-in sitter to stay with our three fur babies (1 pup and 2 cats) and with Fetch, the process was incredibly fast and easy. Robyn answered our questions and matched us with a nearby sitter, Ann. As soon as we met Ann, I could tell she would be a great fit. She was so sweet with our animals and listened to all of our needs very carefully. After we left, she updated us with many adorable photos and kind messages about our pets. And to top it off, she made sure our pup had tons of exercise every day on our local trails.Ann made us feel so at ease while we were away, and we couldn't have asked for a more comforting situation. We can't wait to have her sit again in a few weeks because our pets love her!

We had 4 dogs to feed, all with different meals, and to let out for a potty break. There were no accidents in the house and all were well and happy.

Nothing but nice things to say about how reliable and great these guys are. Makenna takes my dog out twice a week, and he is SO excited to see her that he takes himself downstairs 5 minutes before she is due to arrive. Every week. She posts nice photos of him, and has been willing to work around all of our scheduling conflicts.

Fetch is wonderful to respond to all my requests, even at the last minute during the holidays. I used Fetch for 10 days overnight staying for my Weimaraner and everything went very smoothly. I mostly used Fetch now for walking my dog and I can totally trust that communication will be great and my dog will be well taken care of.I highly recommend Fetch to everyone.

We have been so reluctant to hire a pet sitter. My mother-in-law was our pet sitter for many years and has just recently not been able to care for our pets anymore. This made us feel like we were house trapped and unable to go anywhere. I went on yelp and searched our local Nextdoor app and found Fetch! I was still very reluctant so I gave them a call and Star answered the phone. She took the time to listen to our story and was so thoughtful in her responses. I already felt like this was the right choice, then she paired me with our now forever housesitter, Barbara. Barbara is incredible. She takes care of our cats like her own and seems so happy to be here. Everyone has been so careful and thoughtful from physical visits to check-ins to the beautiful care of our home (and our plant babies). I just could not have asked for more. We've already planned two more trips and feel so safe and secure having Fetch! to rely on for all our pet and house sitting needs.

Had an excellent experience with the service. My dog adored his walker Sidney and sat by the door in anticipation of her arrival on their scheduled days. Making payments and changing your schedule is simple on their website. Although I had to temporarily cancel the service due to extended traveling, I will definitely be signing back up when we return home.Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Vicki was a perfect match for our chihuahua! She was so kind and gentle with her, which she really needs due to age and her separation anxiety. Also I received a daily video of Pixie which I really appreciated. It's extra touches like that, that make all the difference!Thank you Fetch for sending us Vicki-we will definitely be requesting her next time!!!
