I came in right as the fedex truck was there in the afternoon. The very kind gentlemen behind the counter helped me right away seeming more concerned than me even to get my parcel on that truck.

Parked right in front (back parking lot). Handed off a pre-printed label and a box of shoes to return. The person at the counter gave me a receipt and said he would do the rest to ship it back to the store. Super easy. Very pleased with the service.
