This place has always been my go-to to rent a car, and Ann the manager is great along with her help Ashley too. But, recently their cars have gone way down hill since the Covid pandemic as it seems they haven't upgraded them. Someone hit my car and ran in December and I took my car in to get it fixed in January, so my insurance is paying $25 a day for a rental car. I was trying to keep the cost low so I accepted a Chevy Spark for $7 more per day, which was the only cheaper car on the lot even though I had had reservations for over 3 weeks. (I have never heard of a "Chevy Spark" either.) Yikes! That car was one step up from Fred Flintstone's car! Lol! It could barely go 60 MPH on the freeway...but the worse part was that it had no grips on the brake pedal so my foot was slipping off! (Especially because it was wet from the rain.) Super dangerous! I returned it and told them they should take it off the lot and not rent it. Ashley exchanged it for a Toyota Corolla LE for the same price. It's been a good car, but there is a "maintenance required" light on, which makes me a little uneasy. Staff is good but cars are not.

Update, Enterprise has decided to drop the $2500 claim against me after I spoke with a claims agent and explained that it wasn't my fault and they didn't have any evidence before me renting that pointed to me.

Annie is an excellent employee and is very attentive to customers’ needs. I witnessed her perform admirably in a super-busy, short-staffed situation on a Monday morning when IT issues were plaguing the office.She handled it with grace and sense of urgency. If this is what she regularly has to endure working here, she deserves a raise.Thank you, Annie.

Enterprise literally saved my vacation. We originally prepaid for a rental car with Fox at the Oakland airport. They were impossible to get a hold of and we ended up having to set it up through Expedia. The only reason we picked the company is because they claimed to be open until midnight. With our flight delays, and the bus being late, we got to the car rental 15 minutes before it closed. The employee saw us, walked past us, drove off, and left us stranded in California, where we’ve never been before. After traveling all day from Detroit, to Las Vegas, to Oakland, we were exhausted and at a loss as to what to do next. We even asked two other employees what to do, and they didn’t help us. It’s not like we could call and tell them we were running late, because they never answer the phone. We ended up having to Uber to get to our hotel an hour away, and we had to quickly figure out accommodations for our plans for the week. It had always been a dream of mine to go to Disneyland and Enterprise made that dream a reality for me. From beginning to end, everyone at Enterprise was kind and extremely accommodating, considering that this was all last minute. Not only were they helpful, but they even text to check in on how things were going and at the very end they called to see how the car rental went. We never heard a single thing from Fox. I can’t recommend Enterprise enough. The car was extremely clean and nice. A very comfortable ride.

They really know what they are doing. My car was being repaired under an insurance claim and they made it easy for me to coordinate with the insurance company and body shop. The car I rented was very nice, almost new. They were professional and friendly.

Made a reservation online. An hour before I pick it up, they tell me they don’t have the car available and only have SUVS at twice the price. Complete bait and switch.

This place is a disaster, from top to bottom. Branch manager is petty and unprofessional. Nobody answers the phone as well, they consistently have your call rerouted to a call center where the reps on the phone are just as clueless as the folks in the local branch office. A legitimate hot mess.

I picked up a car that I reserved on a Monday. When I got down the road I noticed the right wiper wasn't wiping the windshield, and that the fuel gauge was less than half full.When I bought it back they insisted that there were 2 dents on the roof that I had to be responsible for.I have a perfect driving record and have never ever damaged a rental car. They didn't believe me.About 6 hrs later they called and said it was a mistake.That I was given the wrong car, and they apologized and offered a upgrade or a 1 day free rental.Don't go here it's run by young, totally incompetent women.And if you have to, then be sure to spend 15-20 minutes checking out the car for dents, half empty fuel tanks, scratches and broken wipers.Their definitely running a scam.Also their Office looks like a war zone. Very dirty!
