We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Kelly for about 10 years. One of our current dogs is fearful and not easy. Kelly and staff are patient and so kind with her. They do all they can to make visits easier on her. Dogtor Calls is a compassionate and great choice for veterinary care!

Kelly & her staff are amazing. They took great care of Keilani for the last 10 years. She has come to our house, she will get down on the floor & treat your pet with best care she can. She is extremely loyal to her existing clients, she is one of the last vets around not owned by corporate & it shows. December 21,2023 I had to make the hard decision of saying goodbye to our family member. Kelly & her staff were absolutely amazing giving us comfort & helping us through this very hard decision & gracefully gave all us the comfort & love we needed on this sad day. Kelly & her staff are amazing! She came to our house 10 years ago sat in the floor & took care our dog & cat & gave them the greatest of care. She is extremely dedicated to her clients, keeps appointments open for emergency vist's every day. She is the last of the true vets thats not ran by corporate companies & it shows in how she operates. Kelly will love & take care of your family member to the very best of her ability. On December 21 we were faced with the very difficult decision on what was best for your dog Keilani, she sat down went over what was wrong & what our options were. With the utmost grace, love & compassion she helped us through this very hard time in our life, she & her staff are truly a gift & we cant thank her enough for all she has done over the last 10 years. Dogtor Calls embodies what an ideal vet office should be. I’ve never seen a doctor as caring as Kelly in my LIFE! Additionally her pricing is so fair and not extremely inflated like other vets I have gone to in recent years. What resonates the most is how she cares for my cat as if it were her own. I am so grateful that I am able to bring my cat to her knowing that she and her staff take pride in what they are doing with ultimate care for the animals they tend to! She is the epitome of an animal doctor and human being!

Dr. Kelley is more than just a vet to us, she is a savior to our family and someone that has kept our pets safe on many occasions. She has cared for my family's dogs ever since I was a kid, and as someone raised in a family that would do anything for dogs, there is no one we trust more with our furry companions. The whole staff are always so friendly and comforting in stressful times, and their level of expertise and professionalism helps us sleep at night knowing that we have a team to depend on should any unfortunate events occur. Anyone with love and care for their pets would be well served to come here for their veterinary needs.

They never called me back when I inquired about them coming to my home to put my cat down. I'm not a regular client but it would have been decent of them to call me back to maybe refer me to someone.

In May it will be one year since our dog GiGi crossed the Rainbow Bridge with Dr. Kelley, Lisa and Joe's gentle and loving support. It's not often people will write a Yelp review about euthanasia, but I think it's important. When we learned GiGi had multiple types of cancer, and she'd already had multiple surgeries the time had come to let her go, and free her from the pain and misery. My family and I discussed how we wanted her to go, and where. We thought about doing it at home, but it would have cost twice as much, so we opted for Dogtor Calls office, but it wasn't in a cold sterile room, instead we brought blankets and snacks for GiGi, and gathered in the field under a tree on the property of Dogtor Calls.We all loved on GiGi, laughed and cried as the soft wind whisked by, and the sun beamed down on her, she ate her cake, and cupcakes ... and slowly her eyes closed, and her big smile got bigger, and then, she was gone. Every single moment of this time, the staff was compassionate, kind and supportive. I just didn't have the ability to write an updated review until now.Our family has a little Shitzu (LOL) Chew Wa Wa mix now and he has a love hate thing going on at the office ... he loves the treats and he hates the rest. Truly a beautiful staff, very loving and supportive. I know it's difficult to get in, because the practice isn't taking new clients, but when you do get it, the wait is worth it!

Vet is not knowledgeable and staff messes up on calling in prescriptions to outside pharmacies (because she wants to fill prescriptions for over 3x the cost). Vet does not take responsibility when she is the one made an error and tries to blame her staff or others.

Kelli is an amazing vet. Her professionalism and care for the animals is above the norm. Her staff is also great. I have been going to her for years and will continue with all my animals. She cares for the minor issues to the more major and always give alternatives and takes steps to find out what is going on with the animal. Don't hesitate to call, they are really great.
