DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. All cheap chinese glass that will break and "NO REFUNDS EVEN AFTER 10 MINUTES"... bought 150$ worth of glass etc all broke and NO REFUNDS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM LET THEM GO OUT OF BUSINESS

Just visited Novato Zone for the first time after seeing such positive reviews. Though the inventory was admittedly somewhat impressive, I will not be returning there. Ever. I unfortunately did purchase a couple items, despite my reluctance. Why reluctant? Because the guy there was an incredibly unpleasant, unhelpful, rude j*** for absolutely no reason. I mean, hugely. Of the first two glass items he tried selling me, the first was defective and the second was-- that's right-- USED. How unsanitary is THAT? He tried saying it wasn't, when there was visibly several areas of brown residue inside the glass. When I wanted a different one, he behaved as if I was inconveniencing HIM. If time was not against me, I would have happily left and taken my biz elsewhere. He couldn't have been the owner, so whomever the owner is should know that the guy working this evening, a Monday shortly before closing, is not doing them any favors to say the very least.

Love this store! Not only is it the only one like it outside of San Fran, but it’s pricing blows those stores out of the water! You can find every thing you might need ( for any extra curricular activity you might indulge in ;D ) . Not to mention some of the lowest cigarette prices i’ve found in Marin. Their stock is always changing & I found items there I haven’t seen any where else. It’s very discreet & you can slide in & out without drawing any attention to yourself. Differently give it an A+ . If you haven’t had a chance to check it out it comes highly recommended.

Literally my favorite place my go to for everything the prices are right I always get a good deal when I come in here the service is amazing and no matter what type of device I have broken he finds a way to fix it for me and he always does it super cheap there’s items in the store I can’t find anywhere else I wouldn’t spend my money with anyone else this is the place to be everything for my colored contacts my puff bars and even my sweatshirts!!!
