PRICE ALERTDropped off three shirts today, one mens and two blouses to be laundered. The mens shirt was $3.50 (fine) but the blouses were $7.95 and $8.50! I don't know why women are price gouged so much by this establishment but I'm voting by taking my business elsewhere. Please post alternatives that are fairly priced!

Best cleaners in town! Great quality; reasonable pricing; and fast turn around. You can't ask for more. Yet there is more...Kay provides exceptional alterations. Because of my trust in her work, I now buy high end items that I love even if they don't fit perfectly. When Kay is done, no one can tell that the item was altered. WOW!!! Sprinkle all of the above with a world class customer service and you will understand why my family only goes to Dapper Cleaners and Kay. Thank you guys!!! Liliana H.

I rarely use a dry cleaners but I feel I have to let everyone know the service I got from this place was terrible. The Small Coat I had cleaned was not cleaned and I think I was charged too much money. It looks like all they did was put it on a hanger and throw some plastic over it. Maybe overcharging because of slow business during covid19 but I will not do business with this place in the future. This is why I rarely use dry cleaners. Fooled me once but not again. From now on I never use any dry cleaners again. I'm done.

Nice experience. The owner is pleasant and the interior is clean and modern. I've been to a number of old school cleaners so they get points for freshness. I brought 1 pair of pants and 3 shirts. They clean using green materials and do not use the dry cleaning chemicals that smell so awful when the clothes come back. That was nice and refreshing as I prefer my clothes washed and pressed, not dry cleaned. This was my first time here so I'll leave four stars and add further color and possible review changes as a visit more. Overall solid experience. Just be careful when they wrap the clothes in plastic they staple the plastic clothes. I didn't notice and ripped a hole in my finger. Obviously prior cleaners didn't do that. So when you tear the plastic off be careful.

Really nice friendly neighborhood cleaners. One of the great things about it is they actually do your laundry right on site. (Or at least it looks like it) All of the shirts and pants have been turning out excellent. I am Actually new to-taking my things to the cleaners for seven shirts and one pair of pants it was $28 bucks. Not sure if that's A reasonable price but it was worth every penny because all my shirts and pants were perfect! May all your clothes Be pressed and cleaned.

When we moved to Novato from San Rafael one concern was finding a local dry cleaner for my weekly needs. Well, we tried Dapper and they have been great. My cleaning is always ready when promised and are flexible if my needs change from week to week (boxed shirts versus on hangers etc.) Highly recommend Dapper and they have plenty of free parking in the adjacent lot.

Dapper is reliable, quick, personable and has easy parking in the lot next door. (I prefer the almost totally empty lot to the "left" accessed only off Redwood, not the Trader Joes/Starbucks on the "right" lot which can get hectic). I've been using them since way before they moved to the Redwood Blvd. location. I'm not sure how their pricing compares. They've never lost anything and can do same day if it's brought in early (before 7am I think). They've done everything - mens and womens cotton/blend dress and casual shirts/blouses/pants, silk shirts/blouses/pants, mens suits, jackets, rugs and sleeping bags. Sleeping bags are expensive to have cleaned, cleaning could cost the purchase price of the sleeping bag. I recommend trying to find a laundromat and do them yourself. I will continue using Dapper Cleaners.
