They're very popular and if you don't make an appt. you're probably not going to get what you wanted done . Sometimes they can squeeze you in . Friendly people and great quality of work . Also very fast .

I have tried this place a few times. Every time I go the women are on the phone the blabbing the entire time, It is so draining. I get pedicures to relax, instead I feel totally drained when I leave there.

HORRIBLE service. My pedicure was rushed, my manicure was awful and the staff was so rude. The lady doing my pedicure cut my toe, which bled and is now infected. My manicure kept getting bubbles and she would get so upset when I'd ask her to fix them. Will be reporting to the health department. This salon sucks....take your money elsewhere

Visiting from out of town, my daughter and I needed some manicures. She needed an acrylic fill and I needed new gel nail polish. They picked up the phone, made us our appts and took us in right on time. Both came out beautiful. I would recommend Crystal Nails.

Got in same day which was nice, staff were nice BUt quality of gel nail manicure was so bad for $45 . Edges were messy bumpy texture. Some nail color dark on different nails . Just unhappy wouldn't go back

I would highly recommend getting your nails done with Mia! After a not so pleasant service a few days ago I asked if I could get my nails redone because I was unhappy with them and Tina was so understanding. She set me up with Mia who did an absolutely amazing job, I will be asking for her every time I go. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Tina & Mia

LAOSY SERVICE! I had an appointment, arrived on time, was being help and somebody else arrived (late) for her appointment. She had brought a friend, they left me with my feet in (ultimately cold) water and helped the friend (who had no appointment). LAOSY SERVICE! NEVER GO HERE! THEY DISCRIMINATE!

This is the worst place I’ve ever had my nails done. I went a couple of weeks ago and when removing my gel nails (with a cuticle cutter) they ripped my big toenail in half. There was blood, etc. they “patched it” with some sort of mesh thing but I left with my nails looking terrible AND was still charged full price.
Stupidly I went back today to get gel put back on and it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had.
They cut the sides of my big toes almost all the way down to the bottom. After the first toe I asked her not to do the second but she did. I left having to pay full price again and now will spend the next week or so waiting for incredibly uncomfortable ingrown toenails.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would!
I went to get a basic pedicure and manicure a few days ago. The most HORRIBLE pedicure of my life. They cut my nails almost to the bone and my toes were bleeding. Now, 3 days after the pedicure - they are still bleeding. One of the toes is infected because of such a deep cut. I can only wear soft sneakers and will not be able to wear any other shoes for awhile (and I have a wedding to attend). Manicure was less horrible, but they cut my nails much shorter than I requested and didn’t really clean up the cuticles either.
Will never go there again!

Sharla and I have been using Crystal Nails monthly for 8-10 years. Tina always finds room for us even though they are very busy. The pedicures are always perfect. They managed to stay open during the pandemic by moving out to the sidewalk. Make an appointment. You won't be disappointed.

My gel manicure lasted less than a week and my pedicure was chipping in the same amount of time. I came to this place as a recommendation from my aunt.. not sure how we could have such extremely different experiences.The customer service was also very sub par. I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment with no apology, my ingrown nail was hardly attended to (even the manicurist critiques the pedicurists job, hard to believe). Long story short I won’t be back and unless something drastically changes I don’t recommend you come either.

Clean, lovely, quiet and professional. I make an appointment and they are always so flexible when I need to change it.Emmy did such a thorough job with my pedicure.
