The Courtyard by Marriott in Novato is a fantastic choice for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean, making it easy to relax and unwind after a hectic day. The service is outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who go out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. The location is also incredibly convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and the freeway, making it a great base for exploring the area. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel the week of September 8-13, 2024 while visiting family in Novato. We LOVED it!!
The location is great as the hotel is less than 15 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge, about 30 minutes from Sonoma and about 40 minutes from the Napa Valley.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The biggest plus are the people. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, everybody was friendly and helpful. Many of the employees went out of their way to make our stay the best. The manager who checked us in ( Mike??) was super friendly and helpful. He made us feel right at home instantly. Gigi and Regin were working at the bar nd kitchen, and were the absolute best. They even made us dinner in our last day when we arrived late after a long day traveling to Yosemite and back.
We will definitely stay here on our nest trip to the Bay Area. Highly recommended for a number of reasons!!!

My 3 days stay it was very comfortable. The rooms were clean. Mini fridge it was a big help. Easy to access to elevators, cafeteria, pool area ay night by the fire with glass a wine it was so nice. The lobby has very comfortable area to relax and cafe bistro it was good. Near to sonoma wineries and other areas to explore. Olivia front desk lady it was so kind, friendly and very helpful with my questions given me information around the area. She recommended to visit few towns around and she did good. It was an other friendly and very helpful lady at the front desk. Silvia it was very helpful and kind. She recommended me few wineries to visit. I loved them. She took her time to showed me on the map and circle them for me. Thank you for that. I do recommend this hotel.
Rooms: Nice and clean.
Nearby activities: Sonoma wineries, Golden Gate Bridge, Tiburon town very nice. Gas station behind hotel and cvs. 40 mins from Santa Rosa and Napa Valley.
Safety: I did feel safe during stay there.
Walkability: Near is a walk path to enjoy early morning or afternoon when is not to hot. 3 mins driving it is a town with museums and a very delicious restaurant
Food and drinks: Very good and tasty.
Noteworthy details: Free wifi easy to access to internet

This location is so convenient... easy on and off access to the US 101. Macdonald, Safeway, gas station and Peets Coffee and other restaurants are all right next door to each other here.

Very nice rooms. Only one thing was not to standard. Pillows, probably the worst pillows I've had at a hotel.

Rooms were pretty clean and the staff was very friendly. The location is central with McDonald’s, safeway and restaurants at a waking distance.
Breakfast is paid but reasonable. The pool was clean. Parking was well lite and safe.
