No one answers phone calls. Just perpetual lop of unanswered ringing then loop back to auto phone tree. During supposedly open hours

The Most Racist Costco Branch: A place to avoid unless you seek racism:
* During my last 3 visits over the past couple of months, I observed troubling incidents of racism at the exit checkpoint.
* Staff members selectively targeted customers based on race, which is utterly unacceptable.
* The staff at the checkout point are also very lazy and do not pack items at all, resulting in a frustrating experience.
* This behavior urgently demands action from Costco management.

Costco! A fair amount of organic and local foods, although less than before the pandemic. Great quality stuff. Nice staff.

Good selection of organic, and when doing price comparisons, it is truly wholesale pricing! Family fun to shop, too!

Bad customer services and bad Costco practices. Yesterday we bought two citrus trees at $19.00 each, indicating fast sale. At cashier, it was $26.99 each. We caught the mistake, and it was corrected after some maneuvering. Imagine if customer is not vigilant. Then we noticed sales tax was added on the fruit trees, which shouldn't based on our experience. I then talked to two managers at least that are what they claimed, named Ramone and Sherrie, who said that is Costco policy of adding sales tax on fruit trees based on California law. I showed them California Board of Equalization Regulations 1588 regarding seeds, plants and fertilizers, which clearly states no sales tax on fruit trees. Then they said Costco policy supercedes whatever. They said if you don't like this Costco policy, then don't buy it. These two self-claimed managers continued to escalate their hostilities. If these are the people working for Costco, and Costco continues thinking that they are too popular and too big to fail, it will be like Sears and the likes. I also simulated buying an apple tree from Amazon, and it showed no sales tax applied. Imagine how many loyal customers have been ripped off by Costco. I also remember many years back when Costco was selling discounted items but sales tax based on the original price.
After writing the above, I reviewed the receipt carefully and I see the problem as follows: when scanned at $26.99, the item is called Citrus Tree and there is no "A" after $26.99, indicating no sales tax. When the same item was re-scanned at $19.00, another so-called manager called the item 27 GARDEN, then an "A" appears, indicating sales tax. The problems of bad customer services are still there as follows:
1. These two clown idiotic so-called managers, RAMONE and SHERRIE, as well as other employees kept insisting it is Costco policy to add sales tax to fruit trees. They even called me tax cheater.
2. Bad attitudes, such as "if you don't like this Costco policy, don't buy it", "you can always hire your attorney to challenge Costco", and on and on.
3. I got ripped off, and probably other customers as well.
4. This is not one Costco employee making a mistake. This is three so-called managers together with employees ganging up to stonewall a long-time customer's legitimate concerns. Instead of helping, they aggravate.

What can I say...the usual great Costco with a better than usual selection of fine foods and wines appropriate to its location and customers tastes and disposable income.

Customer service is exceptionally helpful. Who’d think that they could pull up a detailed receipt from 6 weeks ago? Yep. That, and when I asked if it made sense to upgrade our membership, they ran the numbers based on the past year. Marginally better to upgrade. Told me how to check back & monitor. Can’t ask for more. Also, if you buy fish (so much & $$$) and it’s stinky, they take it back. No grocery store does. Love them.

Good store. Decent service. Alright hours but close a little earlier on Sundays. Food court is average for any Costco, pretty big location but not as big as Costco business centers

Has one of the best parking lots of any Costco. All the usual: Bulk deals, big bundles, boxes. Don't forget there's a back way around the parking lot!
Weekend crowds are lightest about 15 minutes after opening. Has a food court (small), pharmacy, optometrist, hearing center.
