As a longtime Bay Area homeowner with property management experience of over 35 years, I have worked extensively with many property management companies to determine best practices. I want to extend my very highest respect and regards to Common Interest Management Services, especially to Customer Service Representative Ms. Britni Morse. Ms. Morse is always exceptionally professional, responsive, resourceful, informative, and positive in her communication with me.
She is a stellar ambassador for the company and overall an excellent example of superior customer service.
I deeply appreciate having someone as highly skilled as Ms. Morse whenever I need to contact Common Interest Management as she provides me invaluable peace of mind that I will receive timely, thorough resolution of my question or issue. Thank you so very much, Ms. Morse and Common Interest!

Crystal has been so helpful anytime my mother has needed to come into the office. My mother doesn't speak a whole lot of English and to have Crystal help translate the document to Spanish for her was amazing! Thank you Crystal for being so kind and attentive.

I spoke with Crystal Cervera this week about a very frustrating situation with my HOA fee being received late and thus fined despite my having arranged for my bank to send it at least two weeks in advance. I found acting through the portal to resolve the issue not very satisfying. I wanted to engage with a person. She thoughtfully and patiently explained the situation and offered helpful suggestions. She went through my account and noted that the late fee had been removed. I felt very 'heard' and understood. I want to thank her so much for her consideration and thoughtfulness and professionalism!

We have worked with Debbie Tittle over the past few years as our community manager, and as the current HOA Board President and unit owner, I cannot say enough about Debbie's professionalism and expertise. Debbie is a HUGE asset to CIMS and the properties she helps manage. Her communication with unit owners, vendors, and the board is exceptional. If I could give them a no star I would. This has been the management in charge for the past five years and every time I call or send an email they never respond. I don't know if they have anything against Latinos or something, but if my neighbor complains about something they are there the very next day to try to assist that situation. I do not recommend this management.
