It is such a great feeling to have complete trust in my mechanic. I've been going to Codoni for a while now and I have nothing but positive experiences each time. The husband and wife are always so friendly, the husband took time to explain my tire situation to me and I appreciate it so much. As busy as they were he didn't rush me. Great people and excellent work! Thank you!

The front desk lady and the owner were both horribly and unnecessarily rude! I merely asked what the price of an oil change would be and she told me she didn't know and then got the owner Kevin on the phone who was angry and told me, "I'm not interested in working on your car." And hung up.I called back to mention how rudely I was treated and he told me to buzz off!I'd stay away from Cadoni's Auto. They are rude and they are shady!

My father used Kevin Codoni for years, and now my husband and I do. Kevin is as honest and forthright as the day is long. He never over charges. Never does more work than you. Hope he will or want him to do. Cause you if ever he needs to do more than was expected. And short, an honest mechanic Doing an incredible job in our neighborhood for many many years.

Kevin was awesome and fixed a problem that was caused by Valvoline during my oil changed. Upset that I didn't bring my car to him first but I'm going to come here for all of my services moving forward.

Based on all the 5 starts reviews I was really excited to have my truck serviced here. Unfortunately the receptionist made the experience extremely unpleasant. I called on Friday to get an oil change on my truck in preparation for a long trip. I asked them if they would take a look at everything else as well just to make sure all I needed was an oil change. The guy on the phone said no problem just bring it in on Monday and give them 3 hours and they will take care of everything. Upon arrival Monday morning I let the receptionist, Maria, know that I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and general check up. She said to just leave my keys on the counter and returned to binge watching her Netflix show. She did not request any other information which I thought was a bit weird but I went with it because the reviews say this place is the best. After 4.5 hours I called to check the status of my truck and Maria said she didn't know anything and the mechanic was on lunch. I asked how much longer it would be and again she said she didn't know. She did say they are waiting for a part, but did not know which part. I asked if they had begun the oil change, she didn't know. I asked if the she knew when the part would arrive, she didn't know that either. I asked how long it would take once the part arrives, you get the point, she didn't know anything at all. I asked if she could call someone who did know what was going on. She said no. So 5 hours have passed, no information, no update, no communication about what was going on. I eventually just went down to the shop and stood there until I could talk to the mechanic, Adam, myself. He said they were waiting on an air filter. Two extra hours waiting on an air filter! I told them I could do it myself in 5 minutes. So I paid and left and won't be coming back until they get a new receptionist who can communicate with customers. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind waiting, especially for honest mechanics, but the lack of communication with customers is unacceptable when you have their vehicle in your possession. It's truly unfortunate for the business to have Maria as the face if the company because the mechanics seemed so competent and trustworthy. Maybe this was a one off experience with Codoni's (I sure hope so) but it was bad enough that I can't recommend them to others. If you do go, I hope you have a better experience than mine and after reading the other reviews.. go on a day Kevin is working.

This is a great shop. Terrific communication and expertise.I’ve been moving across the country / internationally every couple years for a long time so I’m always in a new place struggling to find a good mechanic. It’s nice to know I always have one in the Bay Area where I will be staying long term.My truck was in a different shop for a few months with that mechanic saying it would be too much of a pain to work on it due to underbody rust. I finally gave up and towed it to a new shop and chose Codoni’s. I messed up my first appointment and Maria was very patient and understanding during my rebooking. Once I got the truck there, Kevin gave me a thorough overview of the plan and picked update points where he would call back to see if I wanted to take another step in the repair.After a few months of problems in a different shop, Kevin and Maria only needed a day to have my main problem and a bunch of other inconvenient issues all squared away.Impressive. Thanks!

I needed to get my "maintenance repair" indicator off my screen and an oil change for my Lexus, but was tired of paying the dealership charges like I used to do. So, I found Codoni's auto service online and was impressed with the positive reviews; I had to check it out for myself. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to get an appointment within two days. The service was very personable, quick and most importantly cost-effective. The staff here are honest and fair with their assessment/prices. As a female, I did not feel taken advantage of or price gouged in any way. They made sure to call me prior to doing any necessary work and get my consent before completing the job. Additionally, the shop was very clean and organized. I would highly recommend this auto service shop to anyone. I will definitely be back for future auto service!

I needed brakes on my 20 year old F150. They asked all of the right questions so when I dropped the truck off, they had all of the correct parts for the pads and rotors. I will be back for any other repairs that any of my vehicles need.
