Dislike most everything about this branch. I’m closing my account to move it to another branch just because the service here is horrible and several of the employees are…….. I guess I just won’t say anything at all.

My cards are declining for no reason so I'm trying to call to get help. No one is willing to pick up and help, and the app is useless since half of it never loads. Don't use big banks, go local

Some of the most friendly and helpful chase team members work at this branch. The tellers are all very polite, friendly, and efficient.

Came in this morning to withdraw money and I got my money but the teller, Suzan was just not very nice. No greeting , no small talk, no nothing. It was large sum and she didn't even offer an envelope just gave me the bills. I've had people offer envelopes for way smaller amounts. My grandparents had her before and she was very rude , snapping at them that she had too many people and they needed to hurry up. If someone other than suzan is working , I would go to them.

There's a guy that greets you at the door that is like a Saturday night live caricature. I say that meaning he talks to you like he's an airline steward or welcoming party at a resort. It's laid on so thick that it's actually really annoying. I cringe each time I go in because I don't want to have to deal with him. #annoying So there's an awkward vibe every time you walk in. On top of that they are not really on top of their teller game either. I've had some of the most ludicrous questions or requests made that made no sense whatsoever. I had to bring the branch manager over to explain to the employees that they don't know what they're doing. I used it because it's down the street from my house but after today I think I'm going to move my money, both personal and business to a new bank. Unless you want to have fake chitchat with a guy in a suit and wait in line every time you go into a bank, I'd say maybe look elsewhere.

Really kind and helpful. I showed up first thing on a Monday morning without an appointment because my bank account had been compromised over the weekend and they helped me resolve it quickly. I was in a panic all weekend but they made me feel at ease and took care of everything.

This bank killed my cat. I reported fraud charges on my account and chases response was to close my account just as my tax returns entered it. They held close to $3000 out of reach from me since January 31. I explained to them my rent was due on the 1st when I finally went into this branch on the 6th. They didn't care. I told them my cat was sick and needed to go to the vet. They didn't care. I recorded the whole thing me literally having a breakdown in the middle of the branch and instead of being helpful they lied to me and said we can't do anything. I found the next day they could have released my funds but choose not to. Despite having 10 different forms of identification. I still don't have my money and prior to coming to this branch o was told on the phone because I had used a swear word about the situation they would not tell me why they were closing my account and don't have to. Not only this but they will hold my money however long they want. Well this branch proved how sadistic chase bank can be. Despite phone calls to the executives complaints to every department imaginable nobody did a thing as my poor rescue cat passed away last night. That money was to help my cat. I still could loose my housing but does Chase care? No. This bank is what is wrong with America. I am heartbroken. Hurricane was 3 years old with genetic disorders. She only had one eye and had been abused when we found her. She had 2 nice long years with us living happily with her brother sister and my partner. This may not matter to most reading but I am also gay and if you have no prospects of having children your animals become like your kids. Besides feeling like I am having a mental breakdown over this I want to be sure to share my struggle and say chase is evil. Thanks chase. Hi

Awful service, teller making everyone wait having a conversation with patron about everything except service, definitely won’t go to this branch again

I was reluctant to open a new acct after reading Chase Bank reviews. I went by this bank today to make a deposit. All staff including the bank manager were helpful and very friendly. I'm so happy with my choice to move from Citibank to Chase.

Local people are great. Corporate has hold times that are absolutely unreasonable to report fraudulent charges.

This bank did not close. It moved across the street. And it got five times worse than it already was. It's an absolutely abysmal a bad bank. Horrible customer service and they seem to have no idea what they're doing. I'm going to be moving my money out of this bank as soon as possible.
