I enjoy the staff and they are very friendly to me and helpful. I never enjoyed going to a gym as much as I have been.

I haven't been there for years but I belonged to this gym about 10 years ago. Lots of good people work out there, it's just the mask thing. Check out Sonoma Fitness, no masks
