Impossible to get a hold of anyone!! Have tried countless times to get ahold of PPIB to make changes to the policy for our business which is critical with absolute zero luck. Do yourself a favor find an insurance broker who actually responds to their client. One star is far too gracious. Horrible, customer service!!

Obsoletely HORRIBLE!They don't return phone calls or emails. Been using this company for the past 6 years, but last two years were obsoletely terrible. I sent them my paperwork before the deadline, waited to hear from Morgan, she never responded to my email inquiries, so I called the billing and asked them to charge my card, because I needed to pay separately for two different policies, they couldn't charge me because they needed to check with Morgan or Greg for the new amount, wrote down my credit card info and said I will hear back from the by the end of the day. I called again two days later, another person tell me that they never write down credit card in formation and she doesn't know why no one is returning my calls/emails. Then I get an email from PPIB that my policy has been canceled because they haven't received my paperwork and my payment. Called twice after that asking to speak with Greg (because I think he is in charge) but can't ever find him available, he is either on another line, or not in the office, so they tell me that he will call me back and he never does. What a nightmare!!!

They barely answer phone calls. They dont respond to emails. They dont do what they say they're going to do. Very unprofessional brokerage.

You need a good doctor, lawyer, and Keith at Hair Fairies. :) Our family getting lice last year was stressful (and expensive) but something mostly out of our control and needed to be dealt with. Keith and the crew at the SF location made the process easier. We still have to be vigilant and hair checks are now just a part of our routine, but they have a good salon vibe even if everyone there is going through something annoying. Thanks Keith and crew!

I am a loyal customer of Hair Fairies, came here 5-6 years ago and came back this year for a lice screening, the staff here is superb! Shout out to Emilio, who helped me get checked and make sure i have no lice, he was very kind and an expert to this treatment. Keith was amazing and helped me feel comfortable. 5 stars to Keith & Emilio, you guys rock!

Keith and Brianna took our whole family in complete panic mode and turned us into more knowledgeable people! We felt taken care of, safe and with the peace of mind of knowing that we tackled our first lice emergency the right way: getting prompt treatment by professionals. Definitely not cheap but there is no way on Earth we would have done such a thorough and precise work as they did.

Keith, Brianna, and Emilio were so amazing with helping me and my boyfriend out with my hair scare. I am a student teacher and unfortunately got lice from one of my students. Emilio helped me out with my first visit and was so fun, talkative, and comforting with the situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and I took home several Hair Fairies preventative products after he taught me about the benefits. Keith and Brianna helped me out with my followup visit. Keith was absolutely one of the nicest guys I've ever met, also making me feel comfortable instead of embarrassed of the situation. He stayed after hours to finish my follow up treatment and combed through my hair extremely thoroughly even though he only found one dead nit. I am so grateful for the peace of mind. Brianna was there to perform a screening on my boyfriend. She found nothing thankfully, and I really believe it was because I was making my boyfriend use the Hair Fairies lice repelling hair oil immediately after I got home from my first treatment. These people are the real deal. Super kind, informative, and passionate about helping others. They also carry products that have real integrity and are actually effective! I will definitely be stopping by for an occasional screening every now and then; as a teacher, it's better to be safe than sorry!
