I had a facial with Hanna and wow was it incredible. It was so much more than a facial, it was a whole experience! She is so intentional with creating a relaxing healing space and is so knowledgeable about each product she uses. I love that she explained each thing before using it. I felt so relaxed throughout the whole process and really felt her passion come through. I’ve already recommended it to so many loved ones…Do yourself a favor and go treat yourself, it’s so worth it!

I had a 90-minute facial with Taylor at Beauty Heroes two days ago. I've had several facials at BH, but this was my first experience with Taylor. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. And, the facial was FANTASTIC!ALL of my experiences at BH have never been anything less than exceptional.I am extremely fortunate to have great skin. I don't use any inferior products. When I buy from Beauty Heroes, I know I don't have to worry about any of the ingredients being inferior. Jeannie's taken care of only procuring the best product lines that are all good food for our skin.

Beauty Heroes is the best of beauty right in Marin! The products are exceptional; beautiful, clean, and perfectly curated. The owner, Jeannie, and her team are meticulous with choosing products that are good for you and the planet! I also love getting my makeup done with their Director of Makeup Artistry, Melisa! The whole experience there is exceptional!

Wonderful, luxe, holistic facial experience at Beauty Heroes. Bespoke, atmosphere, lush and effective products, and with a warm and inviting storefront. This is the only place I’ll go now, it’s far superior to my experiences at other local spas. Can you tell I’m a fan? :)

I cannot recommend Beauty Heroes enough. I am a member of their subscription box, which is the best one around, in my opinion. Yesterday I had my first facial there and it exceeded my expectations. Julie was kind and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and helped me pick out a few products at the end of my treatment. I cannot wait to return for another facial and also to just shop in the beautiful store. We are so lucky to have this gem in Novato!Service: Basic facial

My experience a Beauty Heroes could not have been more perfect. The shop is pretty to look at and smells wonderful. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming.
