We have to wait for more than 45 minutes for a simple debit card password resent. The branch manager did nothing, only told us to wait. One bank sat in the room and doing nothing, because that was not her job. Very poor customer service.

Horrible service, rude staff, never enough tellers. Get your act together you are a bank and should conduct your business properly and in an orderly fashion. I don’t have time to wait around all day.

I had to go in there for a wire transfer and no one knew what to do. I wasted my time with Raquel and then she told me to talk to a specialist so I did and they just wanted me to get a credit card. I still had a hold on my account and she didn't even look to see. I have been with Bank of America for over 20 years and I finally decided to take all my money out. It's the worst.

I understand we are just coming out of covid but I am really tired of banks acting like they are some kind of higher power. Stood in line today out side with lots of other people. You have to stand outside due to Covid although most of us are vaccinated. We wait half an hour outside for 30 minutes and when you get inside there is another long line that is not moving. It is so quite like you can’t speak up without getting looked out like you are disrespectful. There were 2 clerks but one said her computer was down. I asked one of the higher powers why there were not more clerks and if they were having a problem why not tell all of us so we could make other plans. I also suggested if one of them had a bad computer why not go to one of the other computers. The clerks seemed very nervous., like “omg someone is talking out loud. It is not like this is not one of the riches banks in the word but they can only have one or two clerks. They all work extremely slow. I understand not wanting to make mistakes but if I worked in the ER at their pace there would be a lot of dead people. Give me a break. Wake up. Hire more people. AND if there is a problem speak up and let the customers know. You aren’t in a church. You can talk in there. Tell people what is happening so they can make decisions on planning their day. I swear it are not a church or morgue. You can speak up. One lady who had to be in her 80 was standing in line for over an hour. At least tell people to have a seat. Better yet hire more people to give the service they pay you for. I was at the credit union bank a few days ago. Was met at the door by a very nice lady who showed people where to go. She was pleasant as was all the tellers. By the way they had about 6 tellers working hard m, smiling and being pleasant to the customers. So why am I going to BofA when the credit union gives much better service and hires more people and they are all pleasant and personable. Thumbs down ?

This is so messed up... this bank is supposed to be open until 5pm. They are the only bank in the area still taking in-person banking. There is often a line around the corner. The door says they are open until 5pm. I have come here 4 times and they are closed at 4pm. Security guard came out and said, "Yeah. We know it's a problem." This is only the start. I spent 10 hours between two trips and calling their estate service - to try to get the forms for my dead aunt's bank account. Just a joke. I have tried to call this bank for two weeks. They NEVER answer the telephone. Just a joke. Take your business somewhere else. There is no reason for this bank to just be effectively "closed" and have limited services. For some reason, all of the other BofAs in the area are "temporarily close." I am closing this account.

Very poor service. Unhappy with them not offering counter checks to customers anymore. They offered me a solution to get cashiers checks which is a total inconvenience. I told the greeter how frustrated I was and told them I wanted to close my accounts. No questions asked, she sat me down with a tell and let me close them. What kind of retention and customer service is that? I've never experience such poor service by a bank in my life. I am sticking with local and community banks moving forward. Don't support national banks!!!

Horrible branch! the teller refused to deposit a check into my mothers account that was from Lexus USA and drawn on BofA in Charlotte NC. They told her to comeback on Monday and make sure the check is "good" outrageous she has been a BofA custmer since 1964 when she came to the US. She drove from San Rafael and was in tears after the ordeal. Filed a formal compaint with the branch and customer service.

So not to be critical but -GARBAGE.Thee, lowest review I can possibly do is here. Considering the Covid 19 situation back in May, I came in to close my account and was assured by both the teller and the manager my account has been closed. They gave me my money and I was out the door. 4 months later.I still had the mobile app which alerted me that my account had accrued multiple fees and over draft protection fees and after calling customer service (scoff) they pointed out there was an error on THEIR behalf at the Grant avenue branch when they had withdrew my money it triggered an over draw protection fee. On top of that, they told me they gave me too much money. I asked them how would I end up owing them money after the teller and manager had both told me everything was set. Just a bunch of confused head scratching and demanding I pay the owed amount. Ridiculous. I've been with this bank for 16 years and I'm supposed to just give them money when they ask for it. I say, this is an error on YOUR behalf and so you prove to me that money isn't mine. I'm not going to simply hand over money. Send me statements so I can verify that they paid me too much and although they said they would, I have yet to receive them. (3 days later so far and nothing.) I can't access the statements prior to the dates and so it's their word against mine. If you ask me, this is m their way of getting back at someone for leaving. Sounds rather petty but I can't close my account until I unwillingly pay for something I don't have any documentation for.

My complaint is probably with the entire bank, not just this branch. I received a cashiers check from the well Fargo across the street. I deposit it into the Bof a and the receipt says there will be a hold until the next morning. It has now been over a week and they are still holding my money. They say they are waiting for the check to clear. When I write a check it is taken out of my account with in 24 hours but it takes 10 days for a cashiers check from a bank to clear. I call BS.

Just had possibly the worst experience ever at a bank. Her name begins with an M, and she was rude, demeaning and unpleasant. We were trying to put our parents bank account in a trust. I'm ready to leave BofA after 25 years.
