these guys either owe me money or owe me what i paid for and they never finished... wanted to get two subwoofers (that i already owned) installed in my new car. Went to autosonics, the guy was pretty nice , might have been the owner or something. i told the guy i have two subs, one that was already in a sub box, and one that was not, i also own an amp but had no idea where i put it so i wanted to buy a new amp, so he sold me a nice Sony amp that took up less space than my Audiobhan. i also told him that i was interested in a slim duel sub box that wouldnt take alot of room in my car, he told me they didnt have any instock but he could order one which would take a about a week or two to come in. i said that would be fine. the guy then said if i wanted, he could have everything installed first thing in the morning ( minus the 1 unhoused sub) so i could have a little bass action for now and then once the duel box comes in they could install the two subs into that. i said sounds good, the total cost for installation for two subs, a new sony amp, a sub box, and installation came out to be $520 and some odd change, i paid and came back the next day to have the 1 sub installed while i waited for the rest of my order... I WISH i would have waited until everything was finalized before paying them.... when i got my car back (with 1 sub) it didnt knock as hard as when i used to have it in my old truck, but then i was like well maybe its because it is now in the trunk vs right behind my seat in a single cab, and either way im about to have 2nd sub installed soon.... the work looked pretty bad to be honest, some of my side panels they removed or whatever to hide the wires were all popped out and not put back properly , including my glovebox (wouldnt shut all the way) and i figured maybe they left it like that so they could install more wires or something for my second sub?) didnt really think too much of it i was just waiting for the final product...... about two weeks later i heard nothing so i called and the same guy explained that the shipment was running late and that it should arrive the following day and to bring my car by in the morning... when i got there, he realized he ordered the wrong thing and that it would not fit into my trunk, and that he would reorder the correct sub box and that it should only be about a week... wellll longer story short, i called them roughly 6 times and all they had for me was a bunch of different excuses as to why my box isnt there etc etc..... i also work for Cal Fire, so during the summer/fall seasons im rarely able to be home on a normalized schedual, so im gone on a big fire for about a month, i come back i tried calling for the last time and then the guy acts like he has no idea who i am and he has no records of any purchases or installments that they did for me ...... miiinnnnnddddd BLOWN ! this was back in 2016 so i know its very late to be posting about and highly doubt anything will come out of this, it just crossed my mind again so i figured id leave my review/ experience here..... soooo autosonics, either id like my $120 for the duel sub box that i never got back plus 1/2 of the intallation fee for an unfinished job and fix my side panels that you never put back correctly orrrrr id love for u to finish the job you started 3 years ago
