Dave is rude, without any humility, stupid and belittles the customer. He has a lot of knowledge but at the same time he has the smarts to try to take advantage of it. perhaps the struggles of life made him this way. I will definitely never go back there. I went to do a specific service, he managed to find other defects in my car to earn some money since the service that needed to be done was beyond his reach, as his skills only solve problems with old Mercedez and not newer ones like mine 2021. be careful when choosing it.

Dave at APEX Motorwerks is awesome. If you have a Mercedes and you want a skilled and highly competent mechanic, then Dave is your guy. We have a 2008 Mercedes E350 sedan with 101k miles on it. We bought it from a Mercedes dealer in Monterey, CA with 25k miles. When we moved from Santa Cruz back up to the Bay Area, we took it to a Mercedes dealer and for some reason, even the smallest issues cost $$$$. Fortunately for us, my father-in-law recommended APEX. We have complete confidence in Dave when it comes to maintaining our Mercedes. Even though APEX is out in Novato, we still make the drive from Berkeley when our car needs a service.

I have been taking my vehicles to Dave at Apex Motors for years. I have never experience the service and expertise that I get from Dave and his staff at APEX anywhere else. Also, the owner Dave is a great guy and family man who will take the time to explain to you what he is doing with your vehicle even though his time is in great demand. The only reason I own used Mercedes is because I know APEX will keep them in top shape and running for a long time. This is a fact. I see a review here on Google that gave APEX one star. It seems from someone who did not even have his car serviced at APEX. I disregard a review like that when you see 5 stars reviews from someone like me who is a long time very happy customer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been taking my cars to Dave at Apex Motors for years. You will not find a nicer person and honest mechanic. Not only does he keep my cars in top shape but cares enough to make sure all the safety features are working correctly while the car is in the shop. I will not buy a Mercedes unless he pre qualifies it first as he has done many times for my family. In my oppion with years of experience of having Apex Motors take care of my vehicles, Dave deserves 10 stars.

Awesome Mercedes specialty shop, straight to the point and know their stuff plus they have reasonable prices. Stay away from dealership service they rip you off! Not much else to say I would absolutely go back.

I bought a 2002 Mercedes CLK 430 w/135,000 for $3000 a few years back. Dave & the folks at Apex have been amazing. Now approaching 200,000 miles And the car still runs like a Swiss watch. My wife and I have used it as our primary commuter - leaving our late model Toyota SUV in the garage most of the time. Thoughtful, diligent, honest & reasonable. I will always bring my Mercedes to Apex.

Spoke on the phone with an employee of this company. He was RUDE, CONDESCENDING, ARROGANT, ENTITLED, and basically told me he doesnt care at all about my Mercedes C250. Maybe if I had an S63 AMG he would value ME MORE?!? HMM! LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!
