I received a birthday bouquet from my Alondra's sent by my friend in Mobile. It was beautiful and lasted 12 days until I gradually removed some stems. The remaining blossoms and greenery lasted another 8 days. The beauty and longevity of bouquets are impressive and pleasurable. I HIGHLY recommend Alondra's Clowers in Novato CA.

This is the second time I have received flowers as a gift purchased from this shop. The flowers are old, discolored and wilted within a day! The last time I called and they exchanged the flowers but to experience this again establishes Alondra's Flowers as a Rip Off business. Very disappointing. I am going to request that they refund my friend who sent these. There are several good florists in the Novato area. Don't patronize this business!

Alondras Flowers is great! I have gotten several flower bouquets for my girlfriend from them, including the most recent bouquet for our 25th anniversary and they have all been lovely. Up until about two years ago, I had stopped giving my girlfriend flowers from florists because I just couldn't find a good florist in Novato. The flowers I had been getting were expensive, they didn't look any better than the one's I could get at Safeway and they weren't lastly more than a few days - that all changed when I found Alondras. My first experience was when a friend sent us flowers that she had ordered from Alondras on-line. They were not only gorgeous, but they lasted a long time and this is the most important thing for me. Since then, I have gone to Alondras Flowers a number of times to order flowers and described to the owner what kind of bouquet I have in mind for my girlfriend, and they have impressed me with the great work that they do. This last bouquet had probably more than three dozen roses, plus orchids, daisies, and other flowers and it lasted more than two weeks! I highly recommend.

Alondras fulfilled an online order my wife placed for Valentine's Day. The price included same day delivery for 2/14. The bouquet was delivered 2 days late on 2/16. The arrangement did not look like the online description or picture. I tried calling them a few times but got their voicemail.

We ordered a Thanksgiving table centerpiece, (autumn flowers in an oblong spread with with two candles,) online with "From You Flowers." A local florist shop, Alondra's Flowers, accepted the order, but sent a short bouquet with wilted hydrangeas in a glass vase. No centerpiece spread, no candles and hardly any autumn flowers. We were so disappointed! I got a full refund for the $50 we paid. After Thanksgiving I ordered online from "1-800-Flowers" a gorgeous Christmas centerpiece, again with 2 candles in a full oblong spread of holiday flowers, evergreens and pinecones. I used a different website thinking a different local florist would fulfill the order but we were cursed by Alondra's Flowers again! This time they sent a small round centerpiece with 1 candle that was warped. No pinecones, and about 1/3 of the flowers were wilted. We paid $70 for this? I got a full refund again. I've ordered from 1-800-Flowers in the past with beautiful results, so this was a big bummer! I understand that we're in a recession, and supplies are not always available, but the photos of what's for sale on these florist delivery websites should reflect was IS available; not sell empty promises. If the local florist accepting the order cannot fulfill the order as described and not even provide the same type of arrangement, they should not accept the order. I'm going to find a higher quality local florist and order directly from them going forward. I was so very impressed with Alondras Flowers. I had never been in their shop before. my sister received some very bad news regarding her health and I wanted to bring her a flower arrangement on short notice. they had the flowers ready in an hour and they were incredible. I will definitely use them as my go to florist
