I was on hold for about 26 minutes to check a case for an address change. The county had sent us a letter that we were being transferred to the jurisdiction of a neighboring county despite not moving! Then I was told that I couldn't check my son's account for fraud so I got him on the phone to give permission. They still wanted to talk to his father. I appreciate the security, but it makes things complicated that they changed the child's case number because the primary contact changed (since he filled out the application renewal instead of me).

LADPSS is worse during the pandemic. They have hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 7pm, and on Saturdays from 8am to 4pm. Yet they keep you on hold for hours. I was scheduled for a re-certification on 11/18/2020 at 4:15pm. No one called. I sent all the information prior to the date for the 11/30/2020 deadline. I'm upset of the outcome for my social worker didn't come to work today. Last person I spoke to was Andre, and all he does is give me the round around. I became very angry for this was an Inconvenience. I waited for a call for nothing. And he refused to give another time for the next available call date and time. Now, if I don't answer, I'll get a letter from them about trying to reach you. You guys didn't do your job. You're too busy feeding off Call Rebuttals( I used to do Call Center). I would have been understanding if I wasn't thrown under the bus. Don't get me wrong for their help was needed since I didn't have money for food and other things. But if I had the means, I wouldn't need their help for I'm not trying to milk the system. I tried to be fair, and they were screwing with me. SMH. If anyone has a choice, please do not use them. Unfortunately, they're a necessary evil.

Takes upwards of 6hrs to apply for Calworks services. The man I checked in with was nice enough to let me know the wait time and process. Parking is a joke and isn't well marked so be prepared to drive around the block to go back and see the small sign marking the area. There is parking lot security though.

This restaurant is absolutely one of the coolest place to eat in the region. Every time I go there I am so satisfied. They manage their high level service and the topmost level of dishes they provide. You always win with this restaurant. Very recommended.

I told my friends about this place with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the food there is tasty and the crew is very friendly and cooperative. Every time we visit this place we have a delightful evening. I warmly recommend this restaurant.
