Our bidet toilet was shattered when it was delivered. Vera went above and beyond expectations with how she handled the situation. I would highly recommend Wood Bridge for both the quality of their products and their exceptional customer service.

I left a review on their website and they do not allow it to post. Please know they sell products with supply lines too long for their stand alone tub faucets! They know they are too long and will charge you a 15% fee to return the product and of course you have to pay to ship it back. If you have a basement, no problem, but if you are in Florida...big problem!!!

1) Their online, eMail Help Service gets 5 starts. Mayra of the Support Team went out of her way to assist me. She's one of the few positives I have about the company. 2) The telephone operator who answers the company's help number must be a Temp, with absolutely no regard to whether or not the company helps their clients. 3) The product itself, Woodbridge Electronic Washlet Toilet :B0950S/B0960S, gets a 4-1/2 Star review... after 2-1/2 years of use. 4) But why does it take 2-3 days for a product to ship out of the warehouse once payment is received and verified on PayPal? ?? This snail pace is unacceptable in today's digital age. Just don't expect very much from Customer Support/Services, unless you happen to stumble onto Mayra.

Terrible customer service or, shall I say, absolutely 0 customer service. Go to a retailer and pay the extra. Seriously. I've paid for a bidet that hasn't arrived, nor has any notifications. I've emailed and called their Orlando warehouse and contacted the shipper, and there has been no response. My next option is to contact the FTC and cancel the payment. It's that bad!

I cannot say enough positive about WoodBridge as a company I purchased a 67" free standing tub (B0010-B/N) in September 2023. We unpacked it and inspected as directed the day we received it. There was one last top edge wrap we left on as our install would not be till December. Everything looked perfect and we didn't give the top edge a second thought. Well, we really should have peeled every last bit of wrapping off as the installers discovered a cracked edge. I was crushed. The tub was beautiful and fit perfectly. I contacted WoodBridge customer service via email with pictures and my receipt. Anita from customer service replied back and was awesome. Full tub replacement. The tub is beautiful. Perfect size. The price was a bit more than we were looking to pay but less than many others. Knowing what I know now and how well customer service handled my replacement, I would buy again from WoodBridge.

DO NOT BUY WOODBRIDGE PRODUCTS (see update to original post).I had two WoodBridge toilets installed in March of 2020. I love them both. They look sleek and modern and were reasonably priced. One of the seats is loose because it was not installed properly by the plumber (not a default of the WoodBridge toilet). A few days ago I contacted customer service at WoodBridge Bath. They got back to me immediately and will be sending me the part I need at no charge. What a wonderful company.UPDATE: It has been two years since I posted the above review. I was bribed into leaving this review - If I left a favorable review on Google they would send me the part I needed at no charge. Well, now I have two toilets that are less than 4 years old and each needs to have new seats installed. It isn't the seats that are bad, but the cheep plastic piece that is used to secure them to the toilet. There is no other option to secure these seats. I live alone with only occasional visitors. These toilets get less than ordinary use. Yet, these inferior quality parts did not hold up.My current contact with WoodBridge customer service resulted in the information that they will sell me replacement parts at $20 each. I will purchase new seats instead of giving them $40 per toilet for parts that will most likely fail again in another two years.I do not recommend WoodBridge Bath company or products.

The products they sell are amazing quality. I've purchased multiple things from them and it's still in great condition. Their prices are reasonable for the quality you are getting. Customer service is great as well.

We have purchased three Woodbridge toilets about 2 years ago and they are still working perfectly and are like new. Lots of people have complimented us on them and said it reminds them of a much more expensive toilet. There is a whole toilet showroom where you can sit on the porcelain thrones and test them out. See picture below. We picked them up from the Long Beach warehouse and the crew was very helpful with getting them into our car, although we had to wait a little bit. (Fitting 3 toilets into an SUV was a bit like a game of Tetris). The only problem after 2 years of use is one of the hinges broke, however Jasmine from the support team offered to replace the hinges. Now that's great service!

2 years ago, I bought and installed a Woodbridge B0980S for over $1500 ($1100 + labor & other materials). This toilet got the NonStop Flushing Issue recently. I contacted (email & call) the Customer Service & Technical Support of Woodbridge, I waited a few weeks but no response, until I called them again, they don't want to help at all, just told me to replace it and "generously" offer me a 15% discount for buy another junk. HAHAHA... such a great business model to boost revenue!!!

Don't order direct from Woodbridge.I ordered a $1000 bidet toilet direct from Woodbridge. They didn't send a purchase confirmation which was odd but the shipping company sent a pickup order from a do-not-reply address the day I purchased it so the transaction was successful.I had a plumber and electrician here the day it was supposed to arrive. They waited all day but the toilet didn't arrive. I called Woodbridge to check the status of the shipment. Nobody answered so I left a voicemail. I didn't have an order number handy because Woodbridge didn't send a confirmation email. I had created an account when I purchased the toilet. I was able to find the order number by logging into their website and looking at my order.They didn't call back the next morning so I called again and spoke to a rude lady. After explaining the situation she told me to send an email. She said someone should reply within two business days. Super. Plumber and electrician are here waiting again. I sent an email. Several hours later Woodbridge called. I asked about the status of my shipment. They said it hadn't shipped because I didn't reply to the shipping company (the same shipping company that said do-not-reply). I cut my losses and cancelled the order.Edit: Changing from one star to five stars because the toilet is fantastic. I re-ordered the same toilet through Amazon. It arrived with no problems.Also, I found that my email service wasn’t sending emails from Woodbridge (it seems that Woodbridge’s email domain ended up on a blacklist).

I am extremely disappointed with the WOODBRIDGE B0980S Intelligent Smart Toilet that I purchased from Amazon. The quality of the product is terrible, and the after-sales service is even worse. They replied to the email only once a day and get back to your call not for sure, that is, you need to keep calling them to reach out to the person who take care of your case.The toilet stopped working with no power within a few weeks of installation with unknown reason. I contacted the merchant's customer support department, but they were unable to resolve the issue after 3-week communication. They sent me a replacement part, but it didn't work either.I eventually gave up on trying to get the toilet fixed and decided to return it. However, the company asked me to wait for uncertain time for my case review. I don't understand why and what they need to review because I've been following up with them for almost a month, and they have all required documents including videos and pictures about the issue. Finally, I have to go through Amazon to return it and get my partial refund back.I am very disappointed with my experience with WOODBRIDGE. I would not recommend their intelligent toilets to anyone.

We are renovating our master bathroom and fell in love with the Woodbridge free standing tubs. We were also looking at WoodBridge tub fillers and called for support. The team at WoodBridge was extremely helpful and easy to get through to for support. The Tub Filler didn't end up working out for us, but the customer support team assisted us with the return promptly. I highly recommend WoodBridge for your bathroom remodel. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the tub the prices are so much better than the other options we considered. We can't wait for our bathroom to be completed to relax in our beautiful new tub!
