“If you ever need a reliable, fast and, informative roadside assistance technician these are the guys. My battery fell dead randomly and I called the guys at Lacoste, I had my car up and back running within 35mins and that’s including the initial phone call. I thought I was about to have to wait for at least an hour if they even come based off my previous dealing with big companies like AAA. “Tonight, I needed assistance with a flat tire. Chris Pacheco called only about 5 minutes after I placed the request via AAA, to let me know that he was on his way. Sure enough, after less than another ten minutes, he arrived. He greeted me with a smile, and he got right to work on helping to replace the very flat tire with my spare. Because nothing is ever just-that-simple, accessing the spare required a tool that I didn't have in the car with me, so he figured out a way to lower the spare safely. Within only a few more minutes, he had finished everything, correctly, neatly, and completely. All the while, his demeanor was friendly, professional, very competent, and reassuring.
