I started coming here this year and they charge $15 for a guy's haircut(not including tip), which includes shampoo, rinse, and hair styling. So far, I have not been disappointed and people have commented on my haircut... which comes out very clean, even, and thorough. If you visit this place, the one thing you MUST do is make an appointment b/c about 80% of the time walk-in's are turned down.

I go here because it's cheap but not anymore~ she raises her price depending her mood that day. I always get my perm here but one time my curls didn't come out, so I had to redo again but ever since that time, she keeps talking about it. It was my loss but she made it seem like it was her's. Regardless, I still went here but recently I made appointment and when I walked in, she said "if I knew it was you, I wouldn't have told you to come"....what the........!! Never going here again!! HOW RUDE~

I like this salon because the hair stylists are very friendly and family like. And most importantly, they do the hair well!!

Followed Alice here- I always leave looking fabulous, and its not just vanity - people stop me to give me compliments- hair cut and color is very reasonable - under a hundred- Alice communicates clearly enough in English ( who in LA doesn't have an accent ? ) and guides you to more appropriate cut and color choices- I'm Indian ( the seven eleven, kind- not the casino kind) and she always chooses the right shades to go with my skin coloring - not sure about the other stylists here- but Alice is awesome !

Getting your hair cut here is like guaranteeing that you'll step out looking like a Korean drama star. Having had my hair did in Korea before, the service is pretty much the same. Right down to the hairstylist not speaking much English. Aside from that, the hairstylists work at the speed of light and charge low prices for their services. A woman's hair cut if you have long hair will only cost you $25. Sadly, I'm not sure if the price for a hair cut is all that accurate since I had to go through the trouble of bringing a Korean friend along who recommended the salon to me in the first place. She set up my appointment and had to explain to the hair stylist what I wanted on my behalf. My Korean friend is really good at negotiating discounts and deals with other Koreans -- a cut and color for me was $95. For me, it was a lot of hassle for a decent, cheap hair cut. If you don't mind the hassle or you're fluent in Korean, then this place is for you.

I know they've changed management and the owner now moved from the hair salon in Cerritos. I've had my hair cut by this woman for years now, and she has never messed it up... It's pretty pricey though but the owner is a sweetheart.
