They do not respect your appointment. I've been trying to book with Kyle since the beginning of this year, but once i get there he's starting to work on someone else, they call me to reschedule, or today i booked an appointment with Kyle at 10:45am. He was working with someone else, no big deal. I get my pedicure done in the mean time. I finished my pedicure as Kyle finished his manicure set, but instead of respecting the appointment i made, Kyle walked away and didnt return for much time after. I'm done giving chances. Respect customer's time and appointment. I wouldnt go here, but if you must, book with Heidi. She's the only one that seems to care about her customers and will actually have a conversation with you.

Absolutely horrible experience. I came with my sister for mani pedi walk in and did not have a appointment no problem they took my sister first to get started on her mani and I sat next to her while I waited no problem. A women walks in and they get started on her while I’m still waiting which was fine I wasn’t she if she had a appnt or not about 30 min go by and a man tells me to go sit to start my pedicure okay I go and the water is a Luke warm almost cold temp. Another lady walks in they asked if she had a appnt she said NO and they take her before me while I just wait with my feet in cold water. I decide to go back and sit down on the waiting area after sitting for 10 min and realizing no one was coming. After another 20 min I get called but wait about 5 min for them to get started. At the end when we’re about to pay the lady who did my pedicure said she charged me a extra five dollars to remove gel polish to justify the $39 charge for a regular pedicure with added callus removal I said I had regular polish and she said we always charge for any nail polish remover so of course I speak my mind and her son comes and says I was being racist because she said callus remover and I tried to explain to him no this was additional to that and she never mentioned it even looked at their price and no mention of regular polish removal. Anyways I usually don’t come here but it was close to my house hopefully everyone stays away from this horrible placeServices: Pedicure

I’ve been here quite a few times and it’s always been a good experience. BUT today I went in and had the best pedicure everrr. Jenny did my pedicure and did a fantastic job. I chose the most expensive pedicure option and she took her time, didn’t skip any steps, didn’t hurt me at all, and my toes came out so pretty. Definitely book with her!

Daughter and I went to get our nails done. I got mani and pedi. Gel mani was ok, pedi was amazing! My daughters pedi was also amazing. My daughters full set was not good. Looks like the lady she got is still learning…she made the thumb lengths super short compared to the other fingers. She wasn’t able to do the design my daughter wanted… and it seemed that almond shape was hard for her to do.Services: Gel manicures

Beware! God forbid you need to go back to get a nail fixed! Never in my life have I been treated the way Tom just treated me. Ive been coming here for 6 years and today i went back after getting my nails done last night and one popped off. He seemed bothered from the get go because I went to get my nail fixed. Due to the uncomfortable feeling I started looking at my phone since he was not making any eye contact or small talk and it was just awkward and he kept taking in his language to others. He started looking on his phone so I figured he was still just bothered and was totally ignoring me this went on for about 10 minutes and then he stepped away. When he came back he asked if i was done being on my phone and that blew my mind. I told him it seems “you are upset that im back to fix my nail but its not my fault a nail popped off” he responded you’re here for nails not to be on your phone and i just responded “wow” i wss in total disbelief. Even the customer sitting next to me seemed shocked. Never ever will i go back.

My wife just got home in tears because of they way Tom the owner treated her. Shes been going to them for 6 years and the one time she has to go back because her nail fell off, he treated her as if it was her fault and was rude with his remarks. Got my full legs waxed and it was a great experience , Oanh is so good, she was very thorough in making sure I was comfortable and not to miss any spots , will be returning to get waxed by her again !
