“The team went above and beyond to get me and my 7 other family members to Las Vegas for my nephews first bday. Enterprise in Downey screwed us and gave our rental away as my boyfriend and I went to pick it up on time. I also went to Marathon in Downey and boy did he want so much money for an older vehicle 6 seater van. I called desperate to other locations and Xpress Auto came through!! They had one cancellation and I was able to get a sprinter for the same price I was gonna get a 6 seater older van from Marathon. I can’t thank Xpress Auto Rental enough for helping. The sprinter was my families favorite they were all so happy together in one vehicle not having to be in 2 or bunched up. Had alot of nappers on the ride it was that comfortable!! Super clean sprinter with many areas to hold drinks and items so the floor was kept clean. I will be coming to Xpress Auto Rental for the future events I will not go anywhere else when I need a large capacity vehicle. Thank you again!!!”

“WOW!This is a smaller Car rental business.The location on Garden Grove Blvd.If you,re looking for good prices, a clean vehicle, and stellar customer service, thenthis is the place for your car rental.I visited a local enterprise rent a car and found their prices way to high.When I entered Metro at 10022 Garden Grove Bvd the manager Was exceedingly helpful and friendly and got me into my rental within 20m. Honestly it would have been sooner, but he took his time to patiently walk me through a few problems I was having. He fully explained their policies regarding rentals and took the tome to answer all my questions thoroughly.The car was clean and well maintained.Returning the rental was just as easy as renting it. As I had purchased an extra day which I didn't eventually use, I had to be reimbursed. “What a gem that I didn't even know was around the corner from me! I could hear my front brakes grinding, but I kept putting off repairs being afraid of the price. Also since I had had them replaced twice in the last 3 years somewhere else, I didn't want to be milked for money I didn't have. So I looked online, again, for a new mechanic, this time, one that hopefully had enough good reviews that would tell of excellent work and service. And only 1 stood out from the rest...Molina's Automotive. Tens and tens of 5 solid star reviews caught my eye, and as I began to read the testimonials, I decided to give them a try. I called first and explained what I was told at my dealership when getting an all-point inspection, and Jorge was extremely kind, patient, and really listened to all my concerns and issues. He recommended the first thing I do was to get an oil change even while I waited to come in to see him (great suggestion because I still needed to use my car but I shouldn't put off the oil change). That led me to respect him even more since he was willing to give me some basic info of my vehicle even before I came in. Not many people do this! I got my oil change, and later came in, and he did my brakes and rotors and I felt so at peace leaving my vehicle there. When he later called me with an update, he was so explanatory over the phone in ways I completely understood. It brought so much clarity to things I've been wondering about my vehicle that no other mechanic had ever shared, but confirmed things that I was noticing as a driver. Long story short, I was so happy to pay him the affordable price he charged me because of his kindness, information shared, and just all-around great customer service. Brakes work and sound great, and I feel so much better on the road having a much better understanding of things related to my vehicle. Thank you Jorge of Molina's Automotive. I've rented a truck to tow my trailer forbusiness twice now and I've had one of the best customer experiences ever both times! I reserved the truck online the day prior to pickup. It's free to reserve and you don't need to enter your credit cardinformation. The price was the lowest I found. Others don't compare and most companies don't offer so many rental vehicle options.I received a phone call from the Enterprise rep a couple of hours prior to pickup time to confirm booking. When I arrived I was greeted by a young lady at front desk who was so friendly! The check in process was simple and fast. I was in and out in 15min. The vehicle was immaculate. “We’ve had a nightmare situation with a truck (thanks to another dealership, not Westrux) and Beto, the service manager, at this location has gone so far above and beyond to make sure everyone involved does their best to resolve it quickly and fairly. He drove to San Diego to assist in communication with the other location, made himself available personally on his cell to communicate with me and has spent countless hours ensuring that a former customer would be a future customer. “This is a DHL drop off for international returns. They have rental mailboxes and dulces from Mexico. And friendly, personable service. The system was down when I arrived to return some shoes to the UK. There was a system upgrade that was taking an inordinate amount of time. The gentleman shared that his wife is usually working, but he had a day off and was there instead. He told me they went to breakfast that morning. We compared local restaurants. I was there a good 15" just chatting. Other customers came and went and the conversation picked up where we left off. Ultimately, the system did not come back on line in the time I was there. I took a photo of my package and his business card as proof of the drop off. Today I looked to see the package was delivered. This is a mom and pop establishment worthy of my patronage.”
“My place of choice. Jose is the best guy to talk about any power tools you need. They have forklifts ,scissors lift, generators, jack Hammers, light poles, sit on machine floor scrapers and much more. Personal are super nice and helpful. But if you don't forget to ask for Jose he's the guy with allot of experience on my tool o power machines u need to rent. I been a customer for 5 years and never had a problem with any of their equipment I have rented. I own a demolition company and they have allot of tools for rent and for sale.”
