First time stopping by this location, it is on my way to work and figured instead of buying fast food I'd drop in for a snack and some fridge necessities. The store is very clean and easy to navigate. The line wait was a little lengthy but hey when you aren't in a rush & people are being nice, I have no issues in this life! The spicy chicken tenders from the deli/hot bar in the back are absolutely amazing, I really appreciate the mango habanero sauce that the gentleman recommended- this was better than any fast food chicken tender! They were affordable & traveled well to the car. (2 generous sized tenders for 3.99- sauce included) Many items I purchased were on sale- that made me happy, the clerks were very helpful, attentive, and friendly! Shopping at Stater Bros is very nostalgic and reminds me of my grandparents. Thoroughly enjoyed this grocery store visit. Until next time! Thank you!

I frequent this stater bros market because it's a few minutes from my house. I need to start checking in here more because I come here very often. They are always very friendly and attentive. The produce is always SUPER FRESH and decently priced. Everything is always in order and well stocked. I specifically prefer this one because it's a smaller market and usually not too packed so if I need to grab and item or two and go, I can be in and out fairly quickly. They always have a few cashiers open which is great because I've been to bigger stores that have like one open. Over all, I appreciate this store and the convenience they offer.

There's a employee at this Particular Stater Bros on Alondra and Bloomfield who needs better training on customer service skills. Those of you who's reading this might have experienced what I'm talking about but there's this Black girl who works in the Deli department morning shift, I don't know her name but she's usually the one who serves the Hot food and cold items like potato salad, Macaroni salad etc etc. Every time I walk up to place a order she has the worst attitude I have ever experienced at this location. Usually all the other Employees are friendly and helpful but this particular girl acts like your bothering her when you ask to be serviced. Last time i was there she watched me stand there for several minutes and never asked if I needed anything, Then when I said said "Excuse me" she replied and said "What you want" after I told her what I wanted she just look at me like she hated her job and really didn't want to be there. Now when I shop here and I see her back there working I just keep walking and end up going to the other States bros on Artesia because I can't deal with her unprofessionalism and attitude. Other then that, This Stater Bros is very Clean and always have what I need, Also all the other Employees are very helpful and Respectful. One apple doesn't spoil the bunch!!!!!

The service at the Norwalk Stater Bros is always great. On Sunday, November 19, 2023, the weekend leading to Thanksgiving, the staff was amazing! Several staff members asked if I needed help when they saw me looking for a specific item. On one occasion, the staff went to the back to get a product that was just delivered. I feel the cashiers/checkers are always friendly and often ask if I need help to my car. Great job! Customer for 45 years, and will continue shopping there!!

went to deli section and a African american lady assisted me and was the most rudest person!She had a major attitude and kept rolling her eyes like she completely hated her job! I was not rude at all with her at all.. and she really needs a major attitude adjustment if shes going to be working in customer service because it is not fair to customers... I was VERY DISSAPOINTED in the service i recieved..This occured today 8/3/2023 around 12:15 pm..

Very neat and very well placed variety of items at very reasonable prices. The working hours from morning 6 a.m. to night 11 p.m. are very convenient to the residents nearby.

I really like Stater Brothers but the one on Alondra is the best they're very helpful and the stores always clean. I don't like to go around boxes that are in the middle of the aisles. But not at Stater Brothers you'll never find that

I go here for convenience but they sell expired stuff! I picked up items not paying attention sometimes and once I get home and need to use them within 3-5 days, they've already expired or is expiring in 2 days. Like eggs for example, I bought a dozen this past Sunday and on Monday they had expired when I went to the fridge to cook them. How? Those items weren't even out on the sale racks!!! I've already thrown out the receipt so can't go back to exchange or complain. I won't be shopping there anymore.

I was in the Alondra store waiting in line. It took a few minutes to get through quick check and I asked for help. I am handicap and as the clerk and i walked out, I needed to sit down. The courtesy clerk was Geisele. She stayed with me while I caught my breath and walked me to my car. She waited for me to get in my car before she put the groceries in. I like this store for the Customer Service alone but the clerk was kind and did not make feel awkward because I was out if breath.
